Property description

You will find one of the best views of volcanoes Agua and Fuego in all of Antigua from this property. Built in 2007, this home has all the modern conveniences, but also the charm of a much older colonial home. Although it's a short walk to the center of Antigua, you will feel miles (and years!) away from the hustle and bustle in the beautiful courtyard garden, built around a fountain and bucaro. This designer home features furnishings from local artisans and around the world.

The gardener and housekeeper both come in twice a week. The housekeeper's husband speaks excellent English and has worked in the hospitality industry in Antigua. He will stop by periodically to offer assistance. Trinidad is available to cook for you, but those arrangements would be made privately with her.

The house is kid-friendly, but not child-proof! It does contain some valuable art and furnishings.
