AFIMI is a brand new waterfront villa in the Lagoons, an upscale gated community in Montego Bay. This spectacular villa with it's own private white sand beach and infinity edge swimming pool is only a 10 minute drive from the Airport. The community sits on a thin peninsula surrounded by the ocean on both sides and has 24 hour security, 2 tennis courts with tennis pro, large main pool and gym.

The villa itself has four bedrooms each with ocean views and en-suite bathrooms. Three of the bedrooms are upstairs while the fourth is downstairs. All upstairs bedrooms have Teak hardwood floors with split air-conditioning and televisions (2 with 37" HD LCD screens). The villa is beautifully decorated with a mix of elegant new pieces, authentic Jamaican antiques and original artwork. All bathrooms, which are finished in natural stone, marble or granite, have walk in showers. Relax in the large master suite complete with a luxurious marble tiled bathroom with eight foot wide shower enclosure with skylight and spa-like soaking tub while watching your favorite movie on a wall mounted flat screen television. This suite opens unto a spacious upstairs patio where one can enjoy the breathtaking sunrise in the morning or have afternoon tea while viewing the birdsof the Montego Bay Marine Park's lagoon with city lights as a backdrop. Experience the romantic Beach Grill night where we grill your favourite meal right on our beach while you dine surrounded by tiki torches with our unique fire-pit in the ocean.

AFIMI, complete with an air-conditioned family room with BOSE surround sound and 47" flat screen TV also has a restaurant equipped kitchen that produces exceptional meals. The villa rental includes a full complement of staff, a full time cook, housekeeper and gardener to attend to all your needs.

Other amenities for your exclusive use include snorkeling equipment, computer, wireless internet, built-in stereo, DVDs, CDs, and board games.

Visit the world famous Doctor's Cave Beach on the "Hip Strip". While there, enjoy several restaurants and bars including Margaritaville and the Bobsled cafe. Only a two minute drive from the villa in one direction is the charming Houseboat restaurant and the Montego Bay Yacht Club in the other direction.

Centrally located in Montego Bay, a day trip from the villa include Rick's Cafe and the Negril Waterpark, or the famous Dunn's River Falls and Mystic Mountain or swim with the Dolphins in Ocho Rios. AFIMI is also within minutes from 3 major golf courses at Tryall, Half Moon and White Witch.

  • How I miss waking up at Afimi Villa! The house is absolutely beautiful, the views are breathtaking, the staff superb! Truly, it was one of the best vacations my family and I have had. There were 5 adults and 4 toddlers in our group, ALL had a great time. I wish I were back there right now! Highly recommended.

The occassion for our stay was a family reunion.The accommodations were outstanding and the service superb! The staff were attentive to our needs and very flrxible to our ever changing schedule. I would highly reccommend a stayat this villa and plan to do so again in the near future.

  • My husband, myself, and our friends Mike and Christine planned our travel to Jamaica for a couple of reasons...Lonn and I celebrated our 20th wedding anniversary last year and planned to come last year, however, I was diagnosed w/ breast cancer...my friend Christine as well was diagnosed w/ breast cancer last year. We are both doing great, and to celebrate our renewed outlook on life, we planned our trip to Jamaica - Afimi. We could not have planned or imagined even, a better vacation. Your villa is absolutely beautiful!!! Of course a beautiful place alone doesn't make a vacation perfect...our "friends" Verna, Nicoy,Fiona, and Andrew made our stay at your villa perfect!! We so enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere at the villa, and the food at the villa, that we nearly didn't want to leave to go visit anywhere else!! Probably the only reason we left the villa...was because, we as well, LOVED Raymond, our driver, and he made our trips to Ocho Rios, and Negril fabulous. Honestly...they didn't pay us to make these comments!! LOL We plan to come back again next year(w/the children), and we most certainly would recommend your villa, and the exact same staff, to anyone looking for a wonderful getaway.   • Afimi is truly a luxury villa finished to very high standards. The villa, grounds and beach are very clean and well-maintained by the excellent staff. We visited Doctor's Cave Beach on a quiet day - our driver (Raymond - excellent!) recommended a day that a cruise ship isn't in port. We also bought a day pass to the Hilton at Rose Hall to use their water park and all-inclusive facilities. The kids enjoyed the waterpark but it is expensive ($65US per adult and $45US for children) for what you get. The food is fresh and well-prepared by the cook. We had the opportunity to shop with the butler at local markets and grocery stores. The highlight of our trip was the farewell bbq on the beach - complete with fire pit, torches and a massive bbq buffet. The master bedroom is outstanding - beautiful deck overlooking the bay, and a massive ensuite and walk-in closet. The kids loved the flat screen TV above the bath! We enjoyed the community pool, playground and tennis courts - all just a 2 minute walk from the villa. The layout is perfect if you are travelling with children (we had children ages 2,3,4,5 and 8 with us). We were able to sit inside or outside and see the kids at all times whether they were playing on the beach, in the pool or on the lawn. We ate most meals poolside on the beautiful dining table. The view is breathtaking! I would highly recommend this villa - it was a very memorable holiday.

  • Wow! We just returned from a weeks vacation at AFIMI and all I can say is fantastic!! The villa was spectacular with incredible views and the staff were wonderful. We felt like royalty. We have travelled extensively around the world and everyone in our group agreed that this was the most enjoyable and relaxing vacation we have ever experienced.   • Wow! My family and I just returned home after an absolutely delightful week at Afimi. The villa is brand new and gorgeous and the staff were wonderful. We have never been so relaxed and pampered in our lives! The views from the villa were spectacular, especially at night when the lights sparkled on the water.Our family has travelled extensively and stayed at many different resorts and vacation rentals around the world and we all agree that this was the most enjoyable vacation we have ever had.
