Come stay at our Beautiful Penthouse condominium with panoramic view of the Gulf on Sanibel Island. This is a spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom 4th floor unit with a Private Roof Deck to enjoy sunbathing, sunsets, or watching the stars at night. The complex is on the beach, so you can enjoy the sound of the waves from the privacy of your own bedroom.
The newly renovated, fully equipped kitchen is very spacious with HanStone counter tops and under mount steel sink. A stackable washer and dryer is in the unit. The master and guest bathroom are also completely renovated with new vanities and bath.
The guest bedroom has a full and a twin bed, and cable TV and dvd. The master bedroom has a king bed, private full bath, and sliding glass door with access to a lanai with a beautiful view of the Gulf. Master also has cable TV and DVD.
Spacious and comfortable dining and living areas complete with cable TV and DVD player make for wonderful accommodations.

This condo has everything you need for a wonderful vacation. The kitchen is stocked with all the items you would need to create a wonderful meal. All the beach gear is here and in good condition. The views from the roof deck are so beautiful and the beach is the best on Sanibel. We will be coming back.Recommended for: Families with young children, age 55+.
