TWO FOR THE PRICE OF ONE!! The unique floorplan of our end unit townhome is ideal for a two-family vacation or large group. Our resort property is spread across 2,200 square feet and has comfortable and quality furniture, beautiful decor and artwork and new flat panel TVs in every room. Included are TWO COMPLETE LIVING SPACES with 2 spacious living rooms, 2 screened porches, 2 complete kitchens, 3 large bedrooms, 3 full baths and 2 separate laundry areas.
UPPER VILLA (vaulted ceilings in every room) - Bedroom with two queen beds, en-suite full bath, living room with sleeper sofa, nicely equipped kitchen with skylight, laundry room / walk-in pantry with lots of storage and full size washer and dryer, dining area + breakfast bar, screened porch with table and chairs.
LOWER VILLA - 9 ft. ceilings throughout, bedroom with two full beds, en-suite full bath, living room with sleeper sofa, 2nd full kitchen with dining area + breakfast bar, washer and dryer, screened patio with table and chairs.
MINI-SUITE (also located on lower level) - Spacious suite with 9 ft. ceilings, two queen beds, full bath, kitchenette with dining table, mini frig & microwave.
YOU'LL LOVE IT HERE!!: Our Club Villa townhome is located in Sea Trail Resort which offers wonderful amenities not found at other properties in the area. Here you will find a cozy, casual atmosphere that is perfect for a romantic getaway, golf weekend or beach vacation for the whole family. The beach is a short drive away across the brand new causeway bridge. Within a couple of minutes you will arrive at the three mile long barrier island with an uncrowded oceanfront for swimming, surfing, shelling or strolling. The family-friendly beach offers a fishing pier, quaint shops, bicycle and kayak rentals and free public parking with a place to rinse the sand off. Also, mini golf and ice cream parlors!
VILLAGE ACTIVITY CENTER (VAC) - If you want to take a break from the sand, head over to the VAC. Only a 2 minute walk from our unit, you will find a lush and tropical outdoor pool with tiki-snack bar, indoor pool and exercise room. The VAC has a full-service spa, daily fitness classes and children's activities available during your stay. Family Pass (2 adults and up to 4 children) = $80 Weekly or $20 daily. Couple Pass = $60 weekly or $15 daily. Sign up directly at the VAC.
WELCOME GOLFERS - For golfers, waiting at Sea Trail is an experience you will not want to miss. There are three signature courses, designed by Rees Jones, Dan Maples and Willard Byrd to be enjoyed by players of all levels, but are challenging even to the accomplished golfer. These courses were named 'America's Best Residential Courses of Distinction' by Golfweek magazine. There are also two clubhouses which feature a full-service golf shop, lounge and snack bar.
ADDITIONAL RENTAL INFORMATION:
*Listed rates include linens, broad-band internet, utilities and departure cleaning. Accommodation tax 13.75%.
*Reservations - 30% of the rental amount is required to confirm your reservation. The balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival. If your arrival is less than 30 days away, full payment is due with your reservation. A $200 refundable security deposit is required (this is not applied toward rent and is 100% refundable). Personal checks or money orders are accepted or payment with credit card through Paypal.
*Check-in is 4pm and Check-out is 10am.
*Upon arrival, you will be greeted at the townhome by Property Watch (our onsite property manager) who will give you keys and walk you through our unit. They can answer any questions you may have about the property or about the area and can also give you some recommendations. Rental items such as cribs and beach equipment may be rented through our property manager for a nominal charge. A Property Watch representative is available 24/7 during your stay.
LONG-TERM WINTER RENTAL (two options available):
OPTION 1 - $850 per month (1 Bedroom - 1 Bath). Upper Villa with 1100 sq ft and vaulted ceilings in all rooms. This unit features a full kitchen with breakfast bar, dining area, living room with sleeper sofa, large bedroom with 2 queen beds, full bath, laundry room with full-size washer and dryer, walk-in pantry, screened porch with table and chairs and its own entrance.
OPTION 2 - $950 per month (2 Bedroom - 2 Bath). Lower Villa + Mini-Suite with 1100 sq ft and 9 foot ceilings throughout. This option is located on the first floor so there would be no stairs to climb. The Lower Villa features a full kitchen with breakfast bar, dining area, living room with sleeper sofa, large bedroom with 2 full beds, full bath, laundry with washer and dryer, screened patio with table and chairs and has its own entrance. Also included is the spacious Mini-Suite with 2 queen beds, a 2nd full bath plus kitchenette

Why the Owner Chose Sunset Beach
When we first drove onto the Sea Trail property, we thought it was beautiful. My husband loves to golf and my two kids and I love the uncrowded beach and Sea Trail's wonderful pool and Village Activity Center...the whole family is happy. There are plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby and all the action of Myrtle Beach is a short drive away. We find the people in the Sunset Beach area to be friendly and relaxed which makes for a great vacation.
The Unique Benefits at this Townhome
When we vacation with family or friends, having the two villas both with a full kitchen and separate living area is the best. The unique layout gives everyone space to have "down time" when you need it and plenty of room to gather together or share a meal. We love our place and are sure you will too!

We were first invited to Sunset Beach with friends about 15 years ago and have returned each year since then. Each summer we couldn't wait for our week of sunshine in North Carolina. On one of our trips we decided that it would be nice to have our own place near the beach. We feel very lucky to have found this unique home and would love to share it with you. We shared this beautiful home with another family for the first week in August this year. Everything about the vacation was wonderful!! The house was a perfect set up for the two families (7 kids total). The house was very clean and well maintained. We shared home cooked meals in the kitchen for breakfast, took lunch to the private pool, and found fabulous restaurants for dinner each night. Sea Trail resort is very convenient to get to a quiet beach, a pier for fishing, groceries, local restaurants, and only about 20-30 minutes from all of the tourist attractions that South Myrtle Beach has to offer. I would highly recomment taking the Hurricane Fleet boat tour, eating at The Boundary House in Calabash, and visiting the Ripley's Aquarium. My kids will have more amazing memories of this vacation than they will for any of the Disney vacations that we have taken. We will very likely use the Tommer's Sea Trail Resort Villa again, and maybe even play some golf on the beautiful course that surrounds it.

This place was wonderful. Perfect for a group wanting to golf, fish or just spend time at the beach. A very short drive to the beach. A 30 min drive to myrtle beach. I would recommend this property to anyone.

Much better than we expected for a great value, this condo had everything we needed, and super clean! Every room was perfect with double beds and TV, plus each had it's own bathroom. Having two kitchens was great since it was my husband and I with our daughter and my in-laws upstairs. We all had a wonderful time and will be back next year for sure. Everybody very friendly, starting from the owner to all property managers. We couldn't ask for more! Thank you!

Our family vacationed here for a week in late November and had a wonderful experience! The condo is beautiful, clean and very well maintained. The kitchen was well-equipped, as was the rest of the unit. The ability to split the unit up into 3 separate spaces or combine into one large area can't be beat. The proximity to the beach and multiple golf courses is fantastic. The famed Oyster Bay Golf Links is just down the road. Sunset Beach is a wonderful, clean beach with beautiful views. Myrtle Beach was not a far drive and Calabash is even closer. The property owner was very helpful and accomodating. The complex is quiet and very relaxing. I would recommend this for a great vacation with family and friends.

We truly enjoyed our vacation at Sea Trail! Maria was quick to reply to any questions we had. The property manager, Marty, was very helpful even before our arrival. He made sure we had accurate driving directions. Upon our arrival he met us with a local newspaper and coupons and then showed us around the unit, making sure we had everything we needed. The unit was great...very clean! Very spacious and very comfortable beds! The kitchen had everything we needed. There were lots of towels provided. We loved the amount of storage space provided too. One detail to be aware of that we did not realize, the pool amenities are at an additional cost....for our family of 5 for the week there was an additional $80 fee. We enjoyed the close proximity of our unit to the pools, within walking distance. We were surprised by all of the wildlife we saw while at Sunset Beach....deer by the beach (which was just a short drive away), an alligator at another resort, stingrays swimming around by the pier, and the kids were thrilled with the starfish they found at the beach! We would definitely recommend this property! It was a very relaxing vacation!

We enjoyed our stay and the owners and property manager were both professional and courteous. The unit is great and the price matches the decor. It's not fancy but clean and very nice. TV's in every room and wireless internet....(Sea Trail doesn't offer through their rental program) I would recommend for golfers and family get togethers. Screen porches to relax on....a charcoal grill for cookouts...good stuff. Only 10 min across Sunset Beach Bridge to ocean (new bridge opening soon will save 5 min)....pool/spa complex is within walking distance for all...golf courses are nice. Jones Course greens are bent and a little stressed from hot weather. I would stay at this unit again for sure! Only reason I give it four stars instead of five is because the kitchens are a litte dated but very functional. Give this place a try for sure!

We really enjoyed our stay at # 271836. Maria, the owner was very helpful and answered all my questions promptly and I had plenty! Sea trail was very quiet and peaceful and we were able to relax at night when we would get home. We were really impressed with how close everything was to our unit. The beach has to be our favorite place and we went almost everyday either to swim or just to walk the shore , my Mother-in-law really loved to just sit ther and soak it in! Myrtle beach was only about 30 minutes away and we went there twice that week to shop but I really enjoyed the surrounding areas like Sunset beach and Calabash for the local shopping and dining. They have some wonderful unique shops and consignment stores that we all liked to hunt up. When we felt like eating at home Food Lion and Lowes grocery stores were close by and since we weren't from the area the cashiers would just put in their discount card numbers for us so we would get the sale prices. Everyone in the area was very friendly and helpful. I have to give a shout out to the calabash deli for doing up our dinner last minute right before they closed and giving us that very helpful map to get us around! Back to the condo, very clean and comfortable . The beds were comfy, we slept well. All the info we needed on local attractions and dining were in the unit and phone numbers for the managers on fridges. They were there to greet us and walk the unit with us to make sure everything was as it should be. This was one of my fave vacations and we are looking forward to coming back someday and would really recommend Maria and David's condo as a great place to stay! Thanks- The Kilburgs

My girlfriend and I stayed here for a 5 day getaway. Everything was great. The townhome was very clean, and well equipped with everything we needed. All the furnishings were in great repair and were very comfortable. The staff was also very friendly and accommodating. The location worked perfect. Sunset Beach was only a couple minutes away. It was a great beach; very scenic with great sands. It was also nice not to have to deal with the crowds and ‘touristy-ness’ of a beach like Myrtle Beach. There were several small shops and nice restaurants within just a few minutes, as well as grocery stores, drug stores, etc. The location also worked well with its proximity to Myrtle Beach. At only a 30 minute drive away, everything Myrtle Beach had to offers was just a short drive away. It really was the best of both worlds. I would highly recommend for a great vacation.

My husband and I stayed here last year for a week. What a wonderful vacation we had. The unit was spotless, very roomy and located directly on the golf course. The pool is in walking distance and we were able to go bike riding daily. Beautifully decorated with all the necessities for cooking in too. We enjoyed going to the nearby Sunset Beach which is picture perfect and not at all crowded compared to Myrtle Beach. There are grocery stores near, and in driving distance we found many nice restaurants as well. My sister-n-law has come with her 3 children and in-laws and they love it as well. They are able to stay in different units however they are attached so it makes it nice to have your own space, or visit without leaving the unit. We would highly recommend this spot if your looking for a getaway vacation with family or friends or just a golf getaway. This place is perfect for everyone.
