Sea Trail Resort is located on the mainland just on the other side of inter-coastal waterway. Plan to take a walk on the beach at sunset, and learn for yourself why it is called "Sunset Beach". Due in part to the beach's southern exposure, you will see some of the most beautiful and breathtaking sunrises and sunsets in the world.
Sea Trail Resort has a cozy, casual atmosphere that is perfect for a romantic getaway, a family vacation or a weekend retreat. You'll have no problem finding ways to fill your days at Sea Trail.
For the golfers, waiting at Sea Trail is a golf experience you will not want to miss. There are three different signature courses, designed by Rees Jones, Dan Maples and Willard Byrd to be enjoyed by players of all levels, but are challenging even to the accomplished golfer. There are also two clubhouses which feature a full-service golf shop, lounge and snack bar.
OUR SPACIOUS AND BEAUTIFULLY DECORATED TOWNHOUSE HAS 2,200 SQUARE FEET WITH TWO COMPLETE LIVING SPACES PLUS A MINI-SUITE. Rent either 1, 2 or all 3 bedrooms depending on your needs. For two bedrooms choose either Two Villas or if you prefer no stairs choose the Lower Villa + Minisuite.
UPPER VILLA (all rooms have vaulted ceilings) - One large bedroom with two queen size beds, full bath, living room with sleeper sofa, screened porch, fully equipped kitchen with skylight, washer and dryer.
LOWER VILLA - One bedroom with two full size beds, full bath, living room with sleeper sofa, screened patio, fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer.
MINI SUITE (also located on lower level) - Spacious room with two queens beds, a full bath, and a kitchentte with a mini frig and microwave.
ADDITIONAL RENTAL INFORMATION:
* Check-in time is 3pm and check-out time is 11am.
* Linens, departure cleaning, unlimited local calls and sales tax are included in the listed rates.
*Reservations/Cancellation Information - 30% of the rental amount is required to confirm your reservation. The balance is due 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival. Full payment is due when your reservation is confirmed if your arrival is less than 30 days away. Personal checks and PayPal are accepted. A $150.00 damage deposit is also required.

Why the Owner Chose Sunset Beach
When we first drove into the Sea Trail property, I thought it was beautiful. The landscaping and golf course views are outstanding. My husband loves to golf and my two young children and I love the beach...the whole family is happy. We found the people at Sea Trail Resort and everyone we met in the area were happy and friendly which was great.
The Unique Benefits at this Town House
The thing I love most about our townhouse is how spacious it is. When we first purchased our property, I enjoyed shopping for new furnishings and redecorating. Our townhouse is truly as comfortable as home.
When we vacation with family or friends having the two villas both with a full kitchen and living area is the best. It gives everyone a chance to have some down time when you need it but the living areas are large enough so you can gather together or share a meal. We love our place are sure you will too!

We were first invited to the Brunswick Islands with friends about 15 years ago and have returned each year since then. Every summer we couldn't wait for our week of sunshine in North Carolina. On one of our trips we decided that it would be nice to have our own place near the beach. We feel very lucky to have found this gem in Sunset Beach.
