My wife and I, along with 2 kids under 4, had a great time at Fred's place. From day one in my conversations with Fred I could tell we would have nothing but a good time while in Colorado. Plenty of room and my son loved the loft because it was his own space to play in. The view is amazing and sunsets are even better. Fly fishing is close and there is a stream with trout just a short hike down the hill. Golf and family activities are just a couple of miles into town. Thanks for a great time and we will be back!Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, families with teenagers.

We stayed here for 5 weeks in summer 2010 and then again for 2 weeks in summer 2011. We would come back here again and again. The condo is very comfortable, well maintained and clean and has everything you need. It has a great view of the whole Fraser Valley. We enjoyed watching the storms come in - you can see it rain in Winter Park or at the YMCA Snow Mountain Ranch. We highly recommend this property.Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

My cousin and I stayed almost two weeks in this condo and had a wonderful time. The view was excellent and could be seen from the two decks, the living area, and both bedrooms. The condo was well equipped with kitchen utensils and dishes, and the beds were comfortable. Being able to wash clothes was helpful, and the Internet connection was a plus. The owner was a gracious host and went out of his way to see that we had everything we needed and to answer any questions. We will definitely be back.Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

VERY easy to work with Fred, the owner. Will likely be back unless we can afford a place of our own!Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

Our family had a wonderful time at this lovely townhouse. The owner, Fred, was very easy to work with and provided accurate photos and description of the property. The kitchen was well equipped and there were many staple items provided in the kitchen, as well as in the bathrooms. Our two young children loved spending time in the loft and checking out the gorgeous views on the large decks. The heated garage and washer/dryer were extremely helpful to a family of skiers. Winter Park Resort was only about a 5-10 minute drive and the townhouse was close to the grocery store. Our family of four had plenty of room and we plan to return in the near future.Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, families with teenagers.

We rented this townhome for five months last winter and loved it. The winter was wonderful with the sun coming in the large windows most of the day. There are decks off both bedrooms and the living/dining room which made it great for taking in the magnificent view of Byers Peak and Vasquez Ridge at the resort. They also allowed easy grilling during the winter. The rooms are comfortable with roomy closets and nice furniture. The washer/dryer and heated garage were nice bonuses. The owner is nice and easy to work with. Kitchen is stocked and you are a short drive from the only grocery store in the area. If the weather allows you can walk down the ridge from this property to the river walk below. Good area for wildlife viewing. The place is roomy and cozy. You'll enjoy it. We will stay there again when we want to come back to Winter Park/Fraser.Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

We stayed at the town house for 3 nights in June and wished we could have stayed longer. The house is clean, beautifully decorated, the beds were very comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked. Also the view from the back balconies is just wonderful. Our 2 boys (ages 11 and 13) enjoyed playing the board games in the loft, as well as watching a couple of videos from the quite large video collection. The owner provided all the info we needed prior to our arrival and the home was exactly has shown on the photos. We very much enjoyed our stay and will definitely rent again if we come back this way and will recommend the townhouse to friends and family. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us!Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.
