Stay in a lovely, well-equipped, conveniently located 3-story townhome for little more than the cost of a single room at the Best Western down the street!
Quiet little 37 unit community. About half the residents have been in our home for parties. 1,600 square feet, so plenty of room to relax. One master bedroom with ensuite bath and another master-size bedroom with full bath in the hallway. Queen sleeper couch in the basement den with 1/2 bath. Elevated deck off the kitchen. Owners spend 1-2 months each year, so well-maintained and very clean. Two parking permits, with permanently reserved spot at the front door.
Bus to/from the Pentagon Metrorail station in 16 minutes during rush hours, or a 10 minute drive to parking near two Metrorail stops. Dozens of good restaurants within 1-2 miles, with a book containing recommendations for the best. Large supermarket within a mile. Major shopping at Pentagon City just 2.5 mi. Detailed maps in the pantry. Cable TV/broadband.
Strongly prefer full week rentals with Saturday arrival, March to August. Exceptions negotiated.

$950/week Nov/Dec/Jan/Feb. $1,250/week Thanksgiving and Christmas.
Add 11% for taxes. Cleaning included.
Reservation deposit $600/wk, applied to the rent.
Refund of deposit if we can rent the dates to someone else.
Remaining balance normally two weeks in advance.
