We were very pleased with our selection of this rental property for our stay in Moab. This was the first time staying in a rental property rather than a hotel, and we were not disappointed. Will definetly check availability of this rental property for our future trips to Moab. Lisa and Rob were very helpful and the instructions about the place and directions were great. Thank you.

The condo was clean and comfortable and we liked the outdoor space! I rented a condo because I did not want to be trapped in 1 room without outdoor space to relax in private. This is the second time I used homeaway and will do so from here on out. Description of condo is accurate and clean. The list of recommended places to eat was very helpfull. The hot tub is a great added bounus! I recommend this place and would go back to the condo again.

We were very pleased with this townhouse. Our group of 7 needed an urgent accommodation in Moab for 3 nights and we emailed to the owners late at night. Next morning we received a response with details about the townhouse, price, next steps, etc. It took us a few minutes to contact the owner, have all set and this place booked for us. When we arrived to Moab, following directions provided by the owner was easy. All kitchen appliances were available, stove, grill, etc were working perfectly fine..nice rooms with clean bedding and towels..We only wished the washing machine were a more recent model... We definitely recommend this place.

We had a fantastic time in this condo in Moab. We have two small boys and this condo filled all of our needs in a home away from home: it had adequate space, two bathrooms, a fully implemented kitchen and a washer and dryer onsite. The boys loved having the upstairs "all to themselves". While I am no gourmet cook, the kitchen had all the necessary implements to cook. My husband and I absolutely loved sitting in the hot tub after dark. The night sky was beautiful and the canopy of bullfrogs and crickets just added to the experience.

5 of us stayed in this condo for 8 days, and it couldn't have been nicer. It was exactly as it appeared in the photos, very clean, not overly decorated, and in a very quiet location. Our backdrop was canyon, mountains & golf course. The beds were also very comfortable, which was a bonus ;) We would definitely stay here again. The owners were also very easy to deal with.
