This Beautiful house built in 2004 is on The north end of Longboat key with private pool and hot tub,1 hour south of Tampa airport or 30 minutes to Sarasota airport. The house has marble floors and granite counter tops through out and is right on the inter coastal water way of Sarasota with 2200 sq ft of living area. There is a boat lift and personal water craft lift available for your use at your back door.
St Armand's circle is a very popular area for shopping and restaurants and just a 10 minute drive to the south end of the key. There is a Trolley Bus(pickup at end of the street)that runs to different Beaches, shopping and into downtown Sarasota 7 days a week.
The semi private white sand beach is just a couple minute walk. If you are looking for peace and quiet on the Gulf side of Florida this is a very special, peaceful Island, no McDonald's or Burger Kings for miles. There are many Dolphin and Manatee through out this area. Bring your Boat,pwc's and suntan lotion the Beaches, fishing and boating here is fantastic!

We spent almost 3 weeks here in April and had a fantastic time. The house felt very spacious and is finished to a very high standard. The photos really do not do it justice. The bathrooms are luxurious, kitchen is large and fully equipped, the deck and pool area are great. The owner was really welcoming, helpful and put lots of effort into sorting out a problem with the TV (successfully). It really is a top end house in a quiet residential area close to the beach and to nice restaurants. Highly recommended - we hope to go back soon.

We had a wonderful time. The beach was beautiful, few people and a short walk away. The home is very clean, organized and well stocked with supplies. The pool is amazing and was very fun BBQing and hanging out in the evening. We road bikes all around and had both causual and formal meals a short distance from the home. We met fun "regulars" in the area who guided us to many fun places. Enjoy!

We have stayed all over the US and abroad in VRBO homes. This is by far in the top 5. The home was very well stocked and was easy to make our "home" for the week. Our children LOVED the pool and hot tub. We rented Kayaks and found ourselves a little slice of paradise just down by the bridge. I would highly recommend this property for a family or romantic vacation.
