This Beautiful house built in 2004 is on The north end of Longboat key with private pool and hot tub,1 hour south of Tampa airport or 30 minutes to Sarasota airport. The house has marble floors and granite counter tops through out and is right on the intercoastal water way of Sarasota with 2200 sq ft of living area. There is a boat lift and personal water craft lift available for your use at your back door.
St Armand's circle is a very popular area for shopping and restaurants and just a 10 minute drive to the south end of the key. There is a Trolley Bus(pickup at end of the street)that runs to different Beaches, shopping and into downtown Sarasota 7 days a week.
The private white sand beach is just a couple minute walk. If you are looking for peace and quiet on the Gulf side of Florida this is a very special, peaceful Island, no McDonald's or Burger Kings for miles. There are many Dolphin and Manatee through out this area. Bring your Boat,pwc's and suntan lotion the Beaches, fishing and boating here is fantastic!
