New 5 BR Townhome in beautiful Coolidge Falls. This is your home away from home and the perfect place to spend your vacation. Our home has 2 Master Bedrooms and easily accommodates 2 families for a fun and affordable vacation.
You'll have all the luxuries of home. We designed our home to have lots of space so that two families could easily and comfortably enjoy their vacation.
Top Level - 2 Spacious Master Bedrooms, each with own Full Bath and King Bed
Main Level - Main level has an open floor plan with large living area, beautiful stone wood-burning fireplace, 18 ft ceiling with floor-to-ceiling windows, dining area comfortably seats 12 plus breakfast bar. Very large kitchen with granite countertops and breakfast bar adjacent to dining area. Outdoor deck off dining room with gas grill and outdoor furniture.
Lower Level - 1 Large Bunk Room (2 sets of bunks/sleeps 4) for kids, 1 room with 2 twin beds, 1 room with queen bed, large full bath, separate laundry room with large capacity washer/dryer.
Convenient large utility room off main entrance for ski and bike storage. Firewood (provided for your use) is also kept here for dry and easy access.
Free shuttle service to Loon Mountain, during ski season, picks you up at your front door and takes you directly to the base lodge. Runs continuously throughout the ski day.
Coolidge Falls is the premier townhome/condominium development at Loon Mountain. Grounds are meticulously maintained with beautiful plantings and brooks throughout. Come and Enjoy!

This house was absolutely spectacular! The owners were so kind and accommodating. It was a pleasure to do business with them! My friends and I had an unforgettable vacation with priceless memories! I would recommend this house to anyone at any age! The location is as well fantastic! We will definitely be staying here again the furture! Thank you so much!

The photos of this condo don't do justice to how beautiful, spacious and well equipped this property is! It was a pleasure to enjoy a very comfortable week here, We really appreciated the amenities such as a well supplied kitchen, the terrific utility room for skis (and containing lots of wood for fireplace) just outside the front door, the entry way with lots of cubbies for ski helmets and gloves. The ski shuttle system to Loon Mt. was terrific and this is just a beautiful, clean, well-maintained and really spacious condo. We would definitely stay here again!

We stayed at your beautiful condo with two other families. There was more than enough room for all of us. The condo is clean, well appointed, beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The dining table easily sits 12 people and is a perfect place for after dinner games. We thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful fireplace. The rooms are quite large and the beds are comfortable. Thank you!

Great place!! We have stayed here for a week, two summers in a row and have loved it. We have 6 kids and 5 adults and there is plenty of room. The place is always clean and the amenities, ie access to the pools, is a plus. Close to center of town and right across from main entrance to Loon Mountain. We hope to stay again next year.

My family thoroughly enjoyed the condo, it's setting, it's amenities. Our expectations were met and exceeded. Even the bus driver to and from the Loon Ski Slope took great care of us. If we ever go to Loon again, we will be sure to stay here!

This was an excellent property to vacation at. The condo was roomy with excellent furniture and comfortable beds. There's plenty of room in the condo and is located in a very nice area. Very quiet and peaceful. Would most definitely stay here again.
