Our villa is a 5 bedroom executive style home situated on the prestigious Highlands Reserve Golf Course development just off US Highway 27. It is just 15 minutes from the main gate of Disney and very close to all the other attractions in Orlando.
Add to this the 1.5 hour drive to the Gulf Coast and 1 hour from the delights of the Gold Coast of Florida, and you have the perfect base for your holiday in Florida.
The house is close to everything and yet in a wonderful location offering peace and tranquility on a perfect golf course and backing onto miles of forest.
The accommodation provided is luxurious in all ways and fully air-conditioned throughout for your comfort and along with extensive living areas has five bedrooms (Three doubles and two twins).
The master bedroom has a 6 foot bed and en-suite bathroom which has a garden tub, large walk in shower, double vanity units and separate toilet. An in room safe is also installed in this room for the protection of your valuables. Hairdryers are available in every bedroom.
The second master bedroom has 5 Foot Bed with adjacent full bathroom that can double as a pool/cabana bath if you wish for your time in the pool.
There are three further bedrooms, one with 6 foot bed and two with twin beds and a further bathroom adjoining to serve these.
The family room is spacious with ample seating and benefits from cable TV, DVD and CD. A pay telephone is also available (free local calls). There is a formal dining room laid out with table and chairs for that special meal.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to make your stay as special as can be, including large range cooker, microwave, dishwasher and American style fridge freezer. Adjacent is a nook area, with views out over the pool, and comfortable seating. There is also al fresco eating of course and a BBQ can be hired for a small charge if you wish.
There is also a washing machine and tumble drier available in the utility area along with an ironing board and iron.
There is a large caged pool area with spa protected by a safety fence for your children's safety. The house is west facing so it gets the sun right through into the evening, so it will still be there even after you have been to the parks for the day and you are ready to relax and enjoy the pool. There are loungers as well as table and chairs.
There is also a large covered lanai so you can get away from the sun if you so wish.

I thought I would just like to tell you what a magnificent time we had in Orlando. Your villa is truly Florida Bliss. I have never had the privilege of staying in such a beautiful home as yours. As we arrived following your precise directions I opened the front door for the girls and turned to help the boys remove the luggage from the car. (My wife had previously hoped the villa would provide the WOW factor). All I could hear when |I was retrieving the luggage was “Oh WOW Oh WOW”! I knew then that we had made the right decision and that we would be very happy. We have been back in the UK for just one week and we will never forget our 2009 holiday. What a way to make a very special birthday last for two weeks. Thank you

We stayed in a further two villas on the Gulf coast and although they were nice your house was by far the best. It was a pleasure to come into a beautifully clean and well decorated house in a lovely location. I would definitely recommend staying in your home to anyone and am already looking forward to another visit xmas 2008.

Thanks for the use of your house which was perfect. We really enjoyed our holiday and your house played a major part in that. It is beautifully furnished, extremely comfortable and very very clean. The pool and spa were brilliant too - much enjoyed by our children who spent as much time as they possibly could in there. Ideally situated for the parks too. I was so glad of the food pack too especially as we ended up arriving considerably later than originally anticpated!
