Beautiful, open & airy, professionally decorated waterfront beach house. 40' Boat dock accommodates up to a 50' boat. Low tide can sometimes leave only 2 feet of water. No need for a car--you can boat to the Ocean city boardwalk, Assateaque Island where the beautiful wild horses run free, great restaurants, the world renowned nightclub "Seacrets". If you are going by car, you will receive a guest parking pass for free parking at 50th Street at the Private Beach Club, with free access to a Private Beach, outdoor pool, restaurant, bar and bathroom. Sometimes fees apply for pool access.
Master suite on main level with king size bed, large bath with separate shower and jetted tub. Upstairs guest room with queen bed, and large "kid" suite with 2 sets of triple bunk beds (6 twin beds) Loft has a day bed with trundle (2 more twin beds) Queen sleep sofa on main level in 2-story family room. Pergo floors throughout house, modern kitchen with high ceiling. Table for 8 and 2 tables for 4 on deck (16 total).

We love bein in a secluded, quite, wooded neighborhood on the water close enough to get to the high energy, fun speed of Ocean City within 10-15 minutes by boat or car. We also love taking our boat to Assateaque Island where the wild horses are on the beach.
