We have been visiting WDW regularly for more than 20 years. We always rent a villa for our party of 6 - 12, and after visiting this villa, we can honestly say it is the best one yet! The location is superb and the owners have been a pleasure to deal with. They are so helpful and take such pride in presenting and maintaining the property. All local issues/queries were dealt with promptly and efficiently by Alan - many thanks. We will not hesitate to choose this villa again and recommend it to others.

Villa just made the holiday perfect

The villa is exactly as described and was perfect for my family, the villa was perfectly sized for myself, wife 2 kids and mother inlaw. The kids loved the pool but you will deffinatley need the pool heating if you go out of season like we did. A child high chair in the villa would have earned the villa 10 out of 10. The location of the villa is excellent for the Disney parks literally only 10mins away, universal is about 30mins and all very easy to drive to. I would recommend this villa to everyone. I rated this villa 9.8 out of 10.

We booked this villa on the recommendation of a work colleague and were not disappointed. The villa was very easy to get to being just off the US192. A good selection of supermarkets and restaurants were just a few minutes away. The villa itself was very well equipped and extremely spacious for the six of us. The standard of the equipment and its cleanliness is better than any villa I have been to previously. The kids particularly loved the swimming pool and liked nothing better than getting back at the end of the day for a dip in the pool. The best bit is the proximity to the parks. Magic Kingdom is only about 15 minutes drive and Universal about 20 minutes so you are never far from the big rides and the spectacular shows. Before leaving the villa we were already thinking about booking for next year. We couldn’t wait to get back and see if the villa was available for next October and we have duly booked it again. I would definitely recommend this villa for anybody looking for a great family holiday location in the Orlando area.

Date of stay 16 July - 6 August 2010. Seven of us stayed at the villa for 3 weeks and were absolutely delighted with our choice. Location is perfect, Disney just 5 miles away and the 192 literally 5 minutes drive away. Loads of restaurants and shops on the 192, a Walmart is only about 9 miles away & you can buy just about everything there VERY cheaply. The villa has just about everything in the way of equipment that anyone could need, plenty of linen too and the 3 bathrooms meant no queuing! The pool was a great hit with the children - 2 aged 9 and an 11 year old. After 2 fabulous weeks of visiting parks, water parks etc. we decided to have a quiet day at the villa. When the children were told my 9 year old grandson said "Great! This will be the best day of the holiday coz we can stay at the pool!" So, need I say more? If the villa can compete with Disney parks it has to be good!! Everything was spotlessly clean & the one problem we reported was dealt with just a couple of hours after notifying it. Nothing to do with the villa itself - a wasp nest that suddenly appeared beside the front door - so we were very impressed with the immediate response. I would definitely recommend it to family and friends and would rent it again if we decide to return to that area on holiday.

10/02/10 - 19/02/10 House was lovely and clean. Nice touch leaving lights on for when we arrived.Beds were lovely and big. Pool would have been good if the weather had been warmer. Thanks for help making our holiday a good one. Would use again and would reccomend.( Friends are already booked for Oct)

hi, we stayed in this villa in september 09 and had a great time. the villa is first class its spacious and clean with everything you would ever need from a holiday villa including a great pool area. The big plus about this villa is its location, its close to the 192 with its many restaurants and shops and only minutes away from disney. i would not hesitate in recomending this villa to family and freinds and i would look to book again on my next visit, also the owners are very easy to deal with.

Although this was our 3rd visit to Florida,we had never stayed in a villa before,it was always in a hotel.I can now honestly say,Never again will we be staying in a hotel in Florida. On opening the door and entering the hallway,I felt comfotrable,relaxed and releived. I can not praise this house enough for the cleanliness,the location and above all else,making our holiday,Thank You.

We are just back (11 July 2009)from our second stay in the villa. When we arrived it was immaculate and noted that the owner had invested in upgrading including the addition of a games room. We received a call from the management company shortly after arrival to ensure that we were happy and offered their services for any problems (which there were not). I would highly recommend this property if you are looking for high class good value accommodation in a quiet community close to all the parks and many other atractions. The only problem was that we had to leave but will hopefully return in the future.

We stayed in this property in April 09. We were a party of 5, 2 adults and 3 children. The property was an ideal location for visiting all the disney theme parks. The Magic Kingdom is 10 miles from the door and all other parks are even nearer. Great choice of restaurants nearby. House is well laid out with everything you need to make it home from home which is important when travelling with young children. Highly recommend it!

We stayed at the property for 3 weeks during July 2008 and found the it to be very clean, comfortable and homely. It is centrally situated 2 mins from the 192 and close to all the parks. The owner contacted me for my honest views/recommendations and actually implemented a few of them. I would recommend the property for those seeking a home from home and good value for money.

We had a great time!! The house was great, clean, and very comfortable. My kids thoroughly enjoyed the swimming pool, even unheated in October, and the game room. The owner of the house is very easy to work with and the leasing agency was very professional and helpful! I would definitely recommend this house and will probably be back.
