My wife and I fell in love with Annapolis and the Chesapeake Bay, and moved here in 1972 from Syracuse N.Y. where we went to college. Most of our rentals are to Navy families for commissioning week and other Academy functions. We've had rental guests from many States and several foreign countries. We've enjoyed meeting them all. I am now retired, however my wife is still active in commercial Real Estate in the area. With the historic sites,the fine restaurants,the water all around us, and the great folks of this city, it's a great place to visit, and a wonderful place to live...
