We have world class fishing on East River, prime fishing ponds, trails, hiking, biking, snowmobiling, dirtbike and mountain bike riding etc. The kitchen is equipped with all the coolest tools, Webber Grill, insta-hot for your morning tea, and 8 decks and patios to choose from for your morning coffee. Look out in any direction and this home features 360* views. Mt. Crested Butte, Whetstone Mountain, and Skyland. Wake up early and see the deer right out your bedroom window. If you are lucky you may even spot an elk.
If you enjoy horses, we can arrange to have horses brought in for your stay. There is no place prettier to ride than Whetstone. Take a trail ride to the old mining town, or just ride around the ranch. If you are not into horses and prefer to hike, bike or walk, you won't get bored with access to the National Forest, and miles of hiking and biking right out your front door.
A recreation paradise on over 249 acres and access to approx 550 acres with access to national forest just minutes from the town of Crested Butte. if you have bikes, bring them, dirtbikes, bring them, back country skis, bring them. You will enjoy being outdoors!
Whetstone is less than 2 miles from town and about a 6 minute drive to the slopes. Have all the peace and quite you want, and go into town for dinner, drinks and entertainment. Of course there is nothing more peaceful than being out at the ranch after sundown and gazing at millions of stars.
