Vail Core #4 is a studio loft/one bath condominium located in the center of Vail Village about 2 blocks to the Vista Bahn lift. There is a queen and twin bed in the loft and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. There is a fully equipped kitchen, with new kitchen cabinets and granite counter tops, gas fireplace in the living area and a TV/VCR/DVD.
The entire condo was recently painted, and the dark stain lightened. Although there is no parking offered with this building, it is just across the street from the public parking structure. It is on the third floor of the building, and although there is no elevator, there is only one flight of stairs to walk up. It is approximately 600 sq. ft. in size.
