The Sandy Cove Condominium is a very small and private condo building, with only 12 apartments, the private parking is on the ground floor, and each of the two floors has 6 units, 3 facing the ocean and 3 facing the water inlet connected to the Gulf of Mexico.
The apartment has a very beautiful area by the water, with lounge chairs, hammock and a small pier. It has 8 boat slips that could be used on a space available basis, for boats up to 25 ft. (no jet skies are allowed)
The apartment is facing the water inlet and the sandy patio, the pier, and the boat slips (you can see it from all areas of the apartment). it is fully furnished and it has a brand new refrigerator, flat TV and dishwasher.
It is very centrally located by car and by boat. By boat it's 5 minutes from a private beach off Port Antigua, and 10 minutes from Channel 2 which connects the gulf with the ocean , with excellent sport and game fishing available within minutes of the apartment.By car it's 60 minutes from Homestead, 20 minutes from Marathon, about 90 minutes from Key West and 15 minutes from the famous Tiki Bar in Islamorada.
