This community encompasses 550 acres of lush woods and 23 lakes meandering in and around the 18 hole championship Darwin Sharp designed golf course. A 53,000 square foot club house designed in Italian Renaissance architecture, contains multiple restaurants, lounges, movie theater, pro shop, computer center with high speed internet access, fireplace, and huge state of the art fitness center. Home has all 10-16 foot coffered ceilings with huge sliding wall of glass that opens to pool and outdoor living area. All stainless kitchen has granite counters as do the bathrooms.
Full den with large executive computer desk and bookshelves with leather sofa. 2 guest bedrooms with queen size beds and their own private baths. Large master suite with king size bed opens through French doors to lanai and
pool area. Oversized master bath contains soaking tub and 10 foot long walk in shower. Many other amenities.
Home was just completed in 2006 and is beautifully furnished with all new furnishings.

From the moment you enter the driveway you are greeted with a truly unique and wonderful experience. A classic look and a great location. But that is only the beginning of the surprises. The house takes your breath away. Everywhere you turn it is appointed with class and an easy living style. The high ceilings add to the total experience and the outside living area and pool under the lanai just adds to the total experience. Great for grandkids or just taking it easy after a round of golf. Truly a wonderful home.
