The flat with its own private entrance and separate address is located on the second floor of a three unit apartment building in a typical turn of the century Victorian neighborhood. Two bedrooms with a queen bed each and the third bedroom has two twin/full beds. The spacious apartment will accommodate six people depending upon the desired sleeping arrangement. The sunny living room with cable TV, DVD player, and wireless internet is adjacent to a separate formal dining room. Down the hall, there is a split bath with a second new bath next to the master bedroom. Ample closet and storage space throughout the flat. The fully equipped kitchen has an eat-in breakfast area with its own dining table and chairs.
All utilities, wireless internet, and taxes are included. The building is non-smoking and pet free. Parking is residential street in the neighborhood.

Terrific family holiday accommodation Stayed for a week with extended family - grandparents, parents and three children in this very clean, spacious and comfortable accommodation. Plenty of space to spread out, two bathrooms. Great location, quiet and, although we had a vehicle (undercover parking provided opposite), easy walking distance to shops and good restaurants. Obliging owner. Recommended.

My husband and I and our 4 teenagers stayed here for 5 days before Christmas. The owner was at the gate to let us in and the house is beautiful. It is so spacious and comfortable. We had easy parking and could walk to many shops, restaurants, bars and the bus line. The beds were comfy and the linens and towels are very nice. We could not have had a better 5 days. I would recommend this house for sure.

My wife and I and our two university-aged sons stayed here for a week in October and have to say it was just perfect for us and exactly as presented on the website. The flat was clean and spacious with all the utensils we needed and Po (the owner) was a delight to deal with. We would have no hesitation returning for another stay.

This was the first of these owners' flats I stayed in on my regular visits to San Francisco to see my daughter. I have returned regularly and often stayed here, finding it most comfortable and the owners very helpful and obliging.. This is a large, 3 bed flat. It is very clean and well-equipped. Photos are accurate. Parking on the street or across the road. Neighbourhood is good and amply provided with restaurants and shops. Decent pizza and felafel close by. Recommended.

This is a great apartment, as described in the listing. It is spacious, with lots of light and a fully equipped kitchen. The beds are very comfortable and there are extra towels. Buses to numerous locations in San Francisco were just a short walk away. We enjoyed meals at a number of local eateries, including My Fathers' Kitchen (vietnamese) and Ella's Diner, which were great. We would recommend this apartment anytime and hope to come back, next time we are in SF.

This flat was perfect for our 3 day San Francisco stay. My husband and I traveled with our three children and this flat was so comfortable, clean, and was equipped with everything we needed. All of the major sites were a quick cab ride and there were many restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance. The owner was especially helpful in providing information about San Francisco and was very prompt all of our correspondence. If I am ever in San Francisco again, I will be sure to come back to this place.

We had a wonderful time in SF and I would highly recommend staying at this Condo. It was spacious, clean, and conveniently located in a safe neighborhood. Parking was also convenient. It had plenty of room for a family of 6 and we enjoyed having a place to relax and spread out after a busy day of sightseeing. Grocery Store and restaurants were within walking distance. Tataki's on California for great sushi.

We were able to book 5-days on short notice (we were lucky) at this Flat and had a great time. There were 6 of us and the Flat was perfect! It was a mini family reunion and being able to all stay in the same place was great! The unit is clean, the beds comfortable, full kitchen and amenities, area was quite, easy to get around and much better than a hotel. We had a car and used the parking lot across from the unit that was very reasonable and secure (some on-street parking was also available). The owners were very accommodating and easy to work with, for example we got in at 2 AM in the morning due to flight delays and they accommodated this without hesitation. We could get to all the attractions of the great SF area easily and the Flat gave us a comfortable clean place to come back to when we needed to rest of just hang out. It was a great experience and would do it again without hesitation.

This apartment was great for our family, 2 adults, 3 teenagers. Lots of space, free wi-fi and cable TV - a place for everyone to relax after a busy day sightseeing. Close (couple of minutes walk) to several central bus routes (we bought a 3 day ticket, great value) and to food stores etc.The apartment was well equipped for cooking in. The bed linen and towels were plenty and spotless. Overall very comfortable, homely and affordable.
