This newly furnished over 1600 sq ft full floor Victorian flat is centrally located in San Francisco with easy access via taxi and bus to downtown business district, convention center, design and jewelery marts, civic center, as well as tourist attractions such as North Beach, Fisherman's Wharf, Union Square shopping, art galleries, Ocean Beach, Golden Gate Park, boutique shopping, and all major museums. Conveniently located within one block of the flat are banks, cafés, bars, night clubs, international restaurants, groceries,Trader Joe's, laundry, and gyms. Within walking distance are film sites, TV series Full House, Mrs. Doubtfire Victorian, and the George Lucas Film Center in historical Presidio. easy access to Golden Gate bridge to the wine country in Napa and Sonoma.
The flat with its own private entrance and separate address is located on the second floor of a three unit apartment building in a typical turn of the century Victorian neighborhood. Two bedrooms with a queen bed each and the third bedroom has two twin/full beds. The spacious apartment will accommodate six people depending upon the desired sleeping arrangement. The sunny living room with cable TV, DVD player, and wireless internet is adjacent to a separate formal dining room. Down the hall, there is a split bath with a second new bath next to the master bedroom. Ample closet and storage space throughout the flat. The fully equipped kitchen has an eat-in breakfast area with its own dining table and chairs.
The rate is $1200 for a three day weekend with an additional night at $325. The weekly rate is $1795. There is cleaning fee of $150 along with a refundable damage deposit of $200. Monthly rate is available upon request. Booking reservation requires a 50% deposit with the balance due 30 days before arrival. All utilities and taxes are included. The building is non-smoking and pet free.
