This great vacation home offers an extra large, eat-in, fully equipped kitchen on the first floor, as well as a huge indoor hot tub, deck with table and chairs, a full bathroom, and a laundry room with washer and dryer. Also on the first floor is a living room with two sofas (one being a full sofa bed), a love seat, and a console television with DVD player and digital cable. The second floor contains one bedroom with a full bed and private deck, one with 2 twin beds, one with a twin over full bunk bed and 12” television with VCR and cable, and a full bathroom.
This house is located only minutes from Big Boulder and Jack Frost Ski Resorts, Pocono Raceway, whitewater rafting, skirmish (paintball), Hickory State Park, Penn’s Peak, and Historical Jim Thorpe.
It is also located within walking distance from amenities such as 190 acre lake with beach and swimming area, outdoor pool, clubhouse, snack bar, game room, boat rentals, playground, tennis courts, basketball courts, and marina (no motor boats allowed).
The home has a phone for local, collect, or credit card calls only. It is supplied with dishes, cookware, pillows, and blankets. Please bring towels, linens, and paper products. This is a NON-SMOKING home. You must be at least 25 years of age to rent. You will receive 8 passes to use amenities for your entire stay. The home accommodates 9 people. Please do not exceed this number.
