The first floor is light and bright with cathedral ceilings in the comfortable living room and fully equipped kitchen. Also there is a separate dining room, a half bath for guests and a private Master Bedroom suite with a full Jacuzzi tub/shower and generous closet space. One deck off the dining room expands the eating area while another deck off the bedroom provides a serene place for out-door reading or simply relaxing on the chaise lounge. Upstairs are two bedrooms, one with a queen bed the other with two twin beds, and another full bathroom. In addition the house features central AC and DSL wireless access.
This home is close to the many activities of Cape Cod and provides a quiet retreat after a full and exciting day. The excellent location offers easy access to the Popponesset Marketplace for award winning lobster rolls at the Raw Bar, interesting shops, music on the weekends. The renowned Popponesset Inn features sunset dining with an ocean view. Walk to the New Seabury Marina and enjoy the natural beauty of Ockway Bay on your way! Take your bike along the many bicycle paths in the area. Take the kids for a swim in nearby Fells Pond or at the beautiful South Cape Beach.
