Located directly on the border of Manhattan and Hermosa Beach, you can easily walk to either city center for world renowned shopping dining and nightlife. Or use the house bicycles to cruise on the sand-front walking/bicycle path, "The Strand", which also connects over 20 miles of beaches, including Santa Monica, Venice Beach and Redondo Beach. The house is conveniently located only 20 minutes from LAX (Los Angeles International Airport) and has easy access to anywhere in the greater Los Angeles area, since only 10 minutes to major highways, ie. 405, 105, 91.
