  My wife and I stayed in this unit in June 2010. There is not a full kitchen...in fact there is no oven in the unit and the refrigerator was the size of a "dorm refrigerator." Both kitchen chairs were broken and the only other chair was an uncomfortable "sling chair." The view overlooks the parking lot of the motel across the street. There was a strong pet odor in the room. We also found a few ants in the kitchen area. The location is great if you plan to walk to the local beach. The new TV was also very nice. Although the owner assured me she would make changes in the listing to delete "full kitchen" this has not been done.

  Owner response: I do apologize for the inconveniences this guest experienced. This is what I want my guests to experience. I hope the following information will help give you a better picture of the unit. Please note that the above comment was made in July of 2010 and I have had many other guests stay since that time. As for the concerns, the one kitchen chair with a loose screw was been fixed and the "uncomfortable" chair is a matter of opinion. I have had other guests tell me it is great! I actually bought it because I found it to be comfortable. The kitchen has a microwave/convection oven and a small fridge. I have stated that in the ad. I have not had any other complaints of ants in the unit. As for the pet odor, there is none. I have the carpets cleaned regularly and the unit has been painted recently. I have had many guests stay and have had a wonderful experience. Please feel free to inquire and I will answer any questions you have about the unit. Thanks for taking time to read this response.

  My husband and I stayed in the condo the weekend of Aug 1st for 2 nights celebrating our 25th anniversary. The condo is perfect for 2. Brand new tile, cabinets, TV and bed!! Cutely decorated. Walked to the beach! The beach towels, chairs and cooler was included which was very nice for us since we traveled from Chicago. Aptos is the perfect location to see central California-Santa Cruz, San Francisco, Carmel, Monterey and Big Sur. We would love to come back someday!
