This house includes a cozy screened in porch for reading and relaxing, and a patio over looking Horsepen Creek with a sunset marsh view. The location is in a great residential area with sufficient lighting in the evenings, and within walking distance to area restaurants, shops, galleries, parks, gym, bike/walking trails, pier, grocery store, attractions, & of course the ocean.
Savannah Historic District is only 20 minutes away, 35 minutes from the airport, 30 miles from Amtrak train station, and 20 miles from I-16 Interstate Hwy. Enjoy all the comforts of being at home at The Terrapin Nest on beautiful Tybee Island.

You can enjoy bird watching in a quiet neighborhood. It is a great place for a couple or a family. It has a great backysard for playing games and grilling out. Not to mention overlooking the marsh.
