Located on the beach road close to the Lakeside Promenade and a 5 minute walk or tuk-tuk ride to the town center, shopping and nightlife.

Exploring Lake Atitlan is easy with boats and launches departing at the waters edge across the street. The area is lively by day, with beach front restaurants, craft shopping, and delightfully quiet after sundown.
