Mountain views of Echo Peak, this 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath home is located close to beaches and skiing. Located at the beautiful area of Mountain View Estates (North Upper Truckee), this home is 3 miles from Lake Tahoe. Sierra At Tahoe, the Gondola at Heavenly and the Casinos are a short drive away. This 4 Bedroom, 2.5 bath home with 3 fireplaces has all the conveniences of your home including HIGH SPEED WI-FI INTERNET. UPSCALE MOUNTAIN LIVING AT IT'S BEST. The Master Bedroom has a KING SIZE BED, sitting area with a GAS FIREPLACE and TV. The master bath is surrounded with MARBLE with a WHIRLPOOL TUB and SEPARATE SHOWER. The second bedroom upstairs has a QUEEN SIZE BED with huge closets that have mirrored doors. The half bath with Granite Countertops is located across the hall. **The laundry room with washer and dryer is also located across the hall. Two bedrooms are downstairs. One bedroom has TWO QUEEN SIZE BEDS, the second bedroom has a QUEEN BED. The downstairs bath features a bath/shower comb with Granite Countertops. The Living Room downstairs has a GAS FIREPLACE and a couch that pulls out to a QUEEN SIZE BED. Upstairs Living: The Great Room with Cathedral Ceilings has a TV, DVD and CD Player. A Gas Fireplace sets the tone while unwinding on the comfortable couches. The Fully Equipped Gourmet Kitchen with Granite Countertops makes it a joy to cook while on vacation. The DINING AREA boasts a beautiful artisan table that seats 12. The BAR AREA can seat 4 more. Downstairs is the EUROPEAN DESIGNED SAUNA. There is an extra fee to use. Two separate rooms make up the Siana. The first room is for sitting around the table, enjoying a glass of tea or a beverage of your choice while cooling off. When you step into the Siana with your towel around you, lay back, relax, and let the day melt away. In the summertime, there is a outdoor shower that you can use. In the wintertime, there is the snow that will help you cool off. The Suana is very spacious, relaxing experience that you shouldn't miss out on. Please call for rates.
