This vacation home is ideally located on the walking path to the Princeville Hotel. This is an excellent choice for the guest who demands the luxury of a newer complex and its many amenities.
Enjoy the cool tropical breezes that flow through this ideally located top floor vacation unit. This is truly a vacation "home" with over 1500 square feet and is easily shared with friends and family. The large, well-equipped kitchen welcomes the ambitious gourmet. The large dining table is perfect for entertaining and family gatherings. The bedrooms suites are separated by double, interior doors for maximum privacy and comfort. Both bedrooms are large and have separately controlled air-conditioners, each with a large bathroom with tub and overhead shower.
The open living area has 9 foot ceilings and fabulous views of the golf course and a peak of the ocean. New plantation shutters showcase the beautiful views from the living and dining areas. Beautiful, new furnishings for the enjoyment of the most discerning guest!

It is hard to know where to begin. How about the big screen TV with DVR and High Speed Internet - how about absolutely fabulous amenities, towels from Williams Sonoma like a luxury hotel. Everything in this condo is first rate or better. Three sets of dishes, super furnishings, bedding, etc. The location on the 8th fairway of the Makai golf course is quiet and the view including a view of the ocean about 500 feet way is very relaxing from the 2nd floor lanai. We truly enjoyed our month long stay - the pool at this complex is hardly used - it is almost like having your own private pool and hot tub. The longer we stayed here, the more it felt like home. Then the albatross began arriving and we had a whole new form of entertainment. We will not hesitate to come back to this condo again and again. It is a real treat to stay in a rental like this - it far exceeded our expectations and the location is about as perfect as an location could be. Don't look at any other listings - if this one is available, grab it before it is gone!
