California Dreamin' is ideally located between Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach. It is in beautiful Seacrest Beach subdivision which boasts the largest pool on 30A.
California Dreamin' is one of the closest homes in the subdivision to downtown Rosemary Beach (one block away). It is also located 2 blocks from the beach (5 minute walk or free tram ride) and one block from the gigantic lagoon pool.
This smoke and pet-free beach house has one of the largest front courtyards in the neighborhood as well as a vast private green space in the backyard. There are french doors & balconies off of every room and floor in the house!
Two master suites, a bunk room, a loft, 3 full baths and an open floor plan make California Dreamin' the ideal place for a multi-family vacation (sleeps 9-13).
Please make sure to enjoy our Wii Game System and FREE beach cruisers (2 adults, 2 kids, 1 toddler trailer) that come with the rental. There are 20 miles of bike paths along 30A that begin right in front of the neighborhood!
