California Dreamin' is ideally located between Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach. It is in beautiful Seacrest Beach subdivision which boasts the largest pool on 30A.
California Dreamin' is one of the closest homes in the subdivision to downtown Rosemary Beach (one block away). It is also located 2 blocks from the beach (5 minute walk or free tram ride) and one block from the gigantic lagoon pool.
This smoke and pet-free beach house has one of the largest front courtyards in the neighborhood as well as a vast private green space in the backyard. There are french doors & balconies off of every room and floor in the house!
Two master suites, a bunk room, a loft, 3 full baths and an open floor plan make California Dreamin' the ideal place for a two-family vacation (sleeps 8-12).
Please make sure to enjoy our Wii Game System and FREE bikes (2 adults, 3 kids) that come with the rental. There are 20 miles of bike paths along 30A that begin right in front of the neighborhood!

Our family rented California Dreamin' for one week the past two summers. This beautiful house is a gem! The house was extremely clean and the owner was so easy to work with. We had ample room for two families and the location was perfect. We could walk or bike ride to other beaches, restaurants, and shopping. The proximity to the beach and the gigantic pool was ideal. In addition, the resort provides free transportation to and from the beach. This feature was so convenient traveling with young children and all of their toys. The extra amenities made us feel at home. The bikes, Wii system, and mini fridge by the deck were all added bonuses that we all enjoyed. We intend to return to California Dreamin' for many years to come!

We brought our family down from Atlanta for the first week of June...we had 2 adults and 4 kids and we had more than enough room...the kids wished they would have invited more friends because we had plenty of leftover room. The locations is great...really close to the fantastic pool and the shops and restaurants of Rosemary Beach. The short tram ride to the beach was convenient...they come when you call...we didn't have to wait hardly at all. The kids used the bikes provided by the owner to ride all over the area...it's really safe and quiet. When at the beach...try out Crabby Steve's...it is a little beach bar just a short walk (100 yes) west of the Seacrest beach area. You can have a drink and eat lunch overlooking the beautiful gulf beaches...great house, great pool, the most beautiful beaches in the world...you can't miss with CA Dreamin!!

We rented this beach house with another family and everyone had a great time! The location is perfect, close to shopping, the pool and the beach. The house was great, even with two families, we all had plenty of room. The house had everything we needed; full kitchen, washer and dryer, bikes, pool and beach toys and they even have a Wii on the first floor TV! Both the adults and the kids enjoyed vacationing here, we plan to rent this house again next year!

Great location.. We have been travel to panhandle for many years and the beach at this location was amazing. No crowds and water was perfect for young children to play in. The pool was huge and great for all ages.

Our family enjoyed the Crow's Nest and the overall house layout. We loved riding bikes around Seacrest and Rosemary and going to the Sugar Shak. The beach tram was quick to come pick us up or bring us home from the beach. Mr. Jimmy was our favorite driver, always friendly and full of suggestions and ideas of where to go. The pool was awesome also. I would absolutely recommend this house!!!

This is a great home with beautiful amenities and a close walk or quick ride on the tram to the beach!!! The house has everything you need! It is clean and well equipped. We would recommed this home to families and friends with small and large groups.

We used California Dreamin' for a reunion of college girlfriends and had a great time. The house is within walking distance of a georgeous beach, and good restaurants. It is beautifully appointed with comfortable beds, attractive furniture, hard wood floors and lots of room. It was clean and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to eat in. I have already recommended California Dreamin' to friends and plan to go back.
