Owner Description

My husband Scott and myself Ann, own the 4-unit complex on Sunset Beach (8550 W. Gulf Blvd Treasure Island) Completed in Feb 2009, 2 of the units are for sale are 2 are now being rented. We have lived here in Tampa Bay our entire lives and take for granted the year round warm weather and beautiful beaches. We share our time between here on Sunset Beach and the mountains of North Carolina.

Why the Owner Chose Treasure Island

Sunset Beach rests on a small dead-end strip on the southern part of Treasure Island. Accessible to all the city has to offer (St. Pete/Tampa bay) yet private and tranquil for those whom prefer that lifestyle.

The Unique Benefits of this Townhome

Sunset Beach Gulf-front is closer to the water than any other beach areas. From the balcony to the water is less than 50 yards. You are also able to walk to several restaurants and tiki bars and a 7-eleven.

    • We stayed in July of this year. The unit we stayed in was absolutely divine. I had everything I needed and more right at my fingertips. The decor was very tastefully done. The closet space available in this condo is amazing. The bedrooms are roomy and bright with lots of windows. From your balcony, which also extends to the master suite, you have the most beautiful view of the ocean during the day, and at night, you can quietly sit there and look at the stars and hear the waves. My only regret is that I could not stay longer. The owners and their daughter are absolutely wonderful to deal with and very attentive to their tenants needs. There is not one thing I would change.     • When my husband and I decided to do a family vacation with our children and their spouses we didn't think we could find a place that was big enough, affordable, in good condition and on the beach. Well we did - out of sheer luck I decided to log onto VRBO and found this listing - I could not believe what I was seeing and reading; I kept thinking that something had to be up. We rented the condo and upon arrival were awed by the condo, it's spaciousness and beauty and I was in heaven when I looked out onto the deck and saw the beach. This is truly a wonderful place to stay. Our entire family had a great time and we had plenty of room.

    • We stayed in this unit March of 2009. The unit is beautiful and the pictures do not adequately depict how spacious the unit is. This unit has high ceilings, wide hallways,lots of natural light from the large sunny windows, plenty of closet space, beautiful decor and a layout that allows all the guest privacy.The beach is just steps from the pool /patio area and is clean and uncrowded. This area of Sunset Beach is quiet and mostly residential. There are some places within walking distance and many more a short drive away. We were the second group to rent this unit and there were a few things that we had to ask for that were not in the unit. The owners were very accommodating and promptly supplied what we needed. We had a wonderful stay here and I highly recommend it to anyone that wants to sip their morning coffee on the balcony while watching the dolphins swim by, walk or relax on the beach all day and then watch the beautiful sunset in the evening.
