The Summit is located right on the beach next door to Club Lavela and Spinnakers. It has one heated pool, one regular pool, two kiddie pools, and two hot tubs on location outside next to the restaurant. There's also one hot tub located inside next to fitness center, Jet skiing is offered as well as parasailing. My condo has one king size bedroom, two bunk beds, and a pull out sofa. A washer and dryer is located inside the unit with recent new furniture and linens.
Bikini Bobs located onsite with great food and great prices. A store is located on site offering the items that you might have forgotten from home. All a dishes and linens are provided to make your stay relaxing and enjoyable.
The Summit is located within walking distance of places to eat and shop also located across the street is the world famous Sling Shot. Please call with any questions that I might be able to answer for you.

Perfect views from balcony, sunrise to sunset. Unit has been painted since online pics were taken, pleasant surprise! Condo larger than expected, all amenities as expected, lots of nice towels and linens for our stay but could use more drinking glasses and cutlery. VERY close to putt-putt course, go-carts, snorkeling/scuba, Walmart, restaurants, Cap'n Anderson pier, state park. Our family had a wonderful vacation here, great price for location and amenities. Would stay again and recommend to friends!
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.
