This fabulous 1330 sq ft single level condo is perfect for one or two couples; or a family of 4. If additional sleeping space is needed the living room sofa can be opened up to a queen size bed.
Situated in the quiet gated community of PGA West - 23 miles from the Palm Springs airport – this home is just minutes away from golf, shopping, restaurants, and beautiful old town La Quinta. This magnificent condo is located on the 6th fairway of the private Palmer Course, home to the Bob Hope Chrysler Classic Golf tournament.
PATIOS: Our beautiful single-story home has been newly furnished and equipped to provide for all your comforts. Enjoying a cool beverage or meal on one of the two patios after a wonderful day of golf, hiking, or shopping. Take in mountain vistas on the golf course patio or enjoy the private courtyard patio off the kitchen, complete with table, chairs and lounge chairs.
POOLS: If swimming is on your list of activities, two nearby pools are great for swimming laps and both include hot tubs for soaking. One pool is 90 short steps from our front door, surrounded by palm trees and is a wonderful place to watch the sun set over the mountains in the evening.
KITCHEN: Entertaining will be a snap with a fully equipped kitchen, including a gas BBQ on the front patio off the kitchen. The kitchen includes many new appliances, coffee pot, blender, toaster, hand mixer, new pots and pans, dishes for 10, and plenty of room to store your groceries.
LIVING ROOM: New this season, 40 inch LCD HDTV. The entertainment center is equipped with cable HDTV/DVD/Videos and stereo including hookups for your MP3 or iPOD. A selection of movies and books are available for your enjoyment. WiFi Internet is also provided.
BEDROOMS: Each bedroom suite comes equipped with cable TVs and attached private baths. The 1st master bedroom has a Cal King with new mattress. The 2nd bedroom suite has a standard king bed with 3 inches of memory foam (this room can be converted to two twin beds on request). The linen closet holds extra sheets and towels for all beds, as well as beach towels for the pool.
A full size washer and dryer are available for your convenience. This condo comes with a double car garage.
