This was a perfect location for our family vacation it provided a great location to enjoy all Maui has to offer. The condo was well equipped, with a view that was spectacular the pictures really don't do it justice nobody minded working in the kitchen, I loved waking up every morning with a panoramic view of the ocean. The condo offers areas for socialization and privacy. The owner was very helpful in answering questions in a very timely manner, very much appreciated as it was our first time using VRBO. I would not hesitate to recommend this property to anyone who want quiet and access to a variety of activities. If we were able to gather the family every year we would stay at this condo. We enjoyed the tennis courts, pool, hot tub and sauna. The coffee shop Cafe @ La Page had great coffee and food, as well if you forgot anything there is a consignment shop right next door cheapest place to get snorkel gear, boogie boards etc. you buy it at a fraction of the cost of new and then when you are done you sell it back. Dolphin Plaza at the base of the hill provides access to anything you may need. We enjoyed the Ocean Centre and beautiful Kam beaches.

Great Condo

My wife and I recently stayed with two other couples in your condo. It was just as advertised - fantastic. The location was very convenient and the views of the ocean from the lanai were wonderful. There is plenty of room in the condo, so you never felt cramped. Lots of extras for the beach such as beach chairs, umbrellas and a cooler. We will definitely consider renting this condo again.

This is our second time back to this condo and 4 th time returning to the Kihei Alii Kai! The location of the building (right across from Kam I) and the view from the condo keep us coming back! Owner has been accommodating and good to us. Condo is great for one to two families. Lots of room, quiet and hoping to return again!

This was our second stay in unit D408 we stayed her 2 years ago with friends. We were all celebrating our 15th wedding anniversaries. We came back this time with our 2 children, and my husbands parents. Everything was as we remembered. Perfect view every morning of the ocean and Haleakala. Everything that we wanted or needed was in the condo, from tennis rackets to boggy boards and the list goes on. Plus dealing with the professionalism and prompt responses from Lis is worth its weight in gold. It is a guranantee that you will enjoy your trip to D408 - Kihei Alii Kai

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this roomy condo. There were 5 adults in our party and we never felt cramped. The location is excellent and the view is awesome. We watched the whales jumping each morning from the spacious lanai. The only thing that could have made the stay better would be an air conditioning unit in the 2nd bedroom. It got very hot in there and difficult to get any breeze going through it. The trip to the pool involved alot of stairs which was difficult for my arthritic body. Other than that the condo was great.

Great vacation rental. We had six adults in our party and it was very comfortable. Very clean and as portrayed in the ad. Spent lots of time on the lanai in morning and evening. Enjoyed the BBQ areas where we visited with other tenants. Excellent location; quiet condo but within walking distance of shopping, restaurants, and beaches. Used the pool, hot tub and sauna several times and it was excellent. Elevator is a great touch for the luggage.

Only a 5-minute Walk to the Beach!

We spent 8 nights and enjoyed every one of them. The condo is only a 5-minute walk to King Kamaole Beach 1 and a 2-minute drive to King Kamaole Beach 3, which not only has a parking lot and facilities, but great boogie-boarding. Tennis courts just a step away. 15-minute drive to the excellent Waterfront Restaurant at Maalea Harbor.

wonderful experience

This unit was everything we had hoped for while staying with our adult children and granddaughter. The view from both lanais of the ocean was breathtaking and we were able to spot whales spouting in the distance. It was a 5 minute walk to Kameole Beach, just down the hill. The beaches were sandy and very child friendly. The 2 bedrooms plus upstairs loft provided privacy to all. The unit was clean and the owner was wonderful to work with; she responded to our questions prior to and after reserving the unit. I've already recommended the unit to my sister. If my husband and I are ever fortunate enough to go back, I'd consider paying for the extra space just to stay there again and enjoy the view, location and unit. It was convenient to walking through much of the downtown area and other beaches. We drove south to the lava fields at farthest southern point beyond Makena. They were awesome to see; the snorkeling in the cove of the preserve was the best of all the places we snorkeled.

What a wonderful condo. The place was better than advertised and the views were fantastic. All six of us said we would come back again. We were located far enough off the road for a fantastic quiet stay yet close enough to see whales easily. Within walking distance of good restaurants, liquor store, shops and one of the best beaches on the island.

We stayed in Kihei South Maui for 24 days . What a beautiful condo.We could not asked for better accommodation and location. The unit was super clean, very spacious, well equipped quiet and comfortable.What a location!! shops and restaurants all within short walking distance,and yeah a sports bar to watch all your favorite sports teams. The snorkeling was great rite off kamaole beach 1 which is a short walk down the road.The views from the balconies are unbelievable,whale watching,mountains, sunsets its all here.We spent many hours enjoying it all. Looking forward to return again to this wonderful location and all that it has to offer . Thank you Lis ! We certainly would recommend this condo to anyone is looking for a great stay at home away from home.

Very nice condo. Awesome view for the patio easy to see the whales. Close to lots of small shops and restaurants. Easy acess from the parking lot,great beach within walking distance. Would recommend to my friends

We stayed in this condo in Oct. Overall, it was a very nice place. Great location, spacious, easy to walk to the beach and some small shops, clean, nice layout, seemed very safe. Three complaints...1. Advertised as 3 bedrooms..except one was a loft with no privacy. ( I am 45 years old, I want a door on my bedroom. We would have stayed elsewhere if we would have know this). 2. The dryer didn't work very well...minor issue. 3. The decor was very dated...very minor issue. I would definitely stay here again if we were traveling with kids who would use the loft.

This condo was a great place to stay when our family was on Maui for a wedding in mid-June. Great location, easy access from the parking lot, nice quiet end location, and close proximity to a great beach. We hosted a bar-b-que at the pool for a few other family and friends one night, that worked out great. Our family stayed in this fabulous condo when we visited Maui for our son's Valentine's Day wedding. We could not have asked for better accommodations. The condo is clean, spacious, well-equipped, comfortable and quiet. The loft room was perfect for the grandchildren! It is in the heart of Kihei and within walking distance from restaurants, shops, other hotels and some of the best beaches in Maui. And I can't even begin to describe the views of the sunset, ocean and mountains from both of the balconies. We will definitely return to Kihei and will stay here when we do!
