West End Aspen Contemporary Elegance - Seasonal Rental or Long Term
West End, 3200 SF Townhouse. Designer-furnished, complete for turnkey rental. Excellently located in the exclusive and convenient West End. Lovely ten minute walk to town and the base of Aspen Mountain, and less than a 1 minute walk to Main Street free skier shuttles and bus service. 15 minutes to Snowmass, 8 minutes to Buttermilk or Highlands, 5 minutes to Ajax. 5 minute walk to Music Tent. Rental car is absolutely not necessary.
Home has been completely upgraded and remodeled between 2004 and 2007. The lot is exceptionally large for the West End and has a trampoline and a Japanese inspired fountain/garden area. The property has been landscaped professionally.
The second (top) floor has a modern and convenient galley style kitchen with new Wolf gas cook top with "True Simmer" professional controls, two large electric ovens, Reverse Osmosis under sink, granite counter tops, door to outside deck where large professional gas grill is located. The dining room seats 12 comfortably. The living room has a gas remote controlled fireplace. The guest half bath is located off the kitchen and dining room area. Note that the whole house has a water filtration system so that the steam from the sauna and the tub is free of toxic chlorine vapors. The bar and kitchen sinks also have the added protection of reverse osmosis filtration for drinking and cooking water.
The main floor (ground level) has two bedrooms each en suite with full baths. One has a double bed, the other has three singles in the form of a bunk bed with a trundle bed. This floor also has a one car garage and mud room. The garage has a ski area - which includes a professional boot and glove dryer that accommodates up to 6 sets of equipment, ski/pole racks, and a bench to facilitate preparing for and return from skiing without having to enter the house.
The basement features the family room/den with a large plasma TV and surround sound, a single pullout couch, Bahama Bed couches, and a large open staircase to the outside. There is also an office alcove with a printer and wireless broadband for use. There is one bedroom and bathroom, with two twin beds in the form or a trundle set. The bathroom is newly remodeled and has a large shower and marble counter top. There is a wet bar with Scotsman Icemaker and under counter refrigerator to keep refreshments at easy reach. The laundry room has new top of the line Whirlpool commercial size washer and dryer.
In house entertainment includes: three TVs - 2 new flat screen plasmas with DVD/Cable/HBO platinum package/DVR; Stereo system with CD, I pod dock, XM radio; outside deck with professional size gas grill; trampoline; Japanese garden with seating and hammocks; several great "cruiser" bicycles; lots of games and books.
In house business amenities include: wireless internet and a printer/fax/copier; land line with free in country long distance.
