Step off the slopes and into your cozy studio/condo, right on Park City Mountain Resort. Our condo has RECENTLY been updated with freshly painted walls & cabinets, more lights added, new shower door & best yet a new Sealy BEAUTYREST MATTRESS. The condo offers all the conveniences a couple or small family could need.
You will sleep like an angel in the brand new Beautyrest mattress queen size Murphy bed for 2, along with a pull-out queen sofa sleeper for 2 more. There is full kitchen with a dining table, coffee maker, dishwasher, microwave, oven & stove, as well as a studio size refrigerator/freezer. The entertainment center has a new flat screen TV, as well as DVD/CD players.
There is plenty of storage space with a full size dresser, 1 closet, and a ski rack. Our gas log fireplace warms you after a long day of skiing, and the balcony provides a nice outdoor space to watch all the action on the mountain.
Please enjoy smoking outside.
Park City Mountain resort accommodates kids of all ages, with a year-round Alpine roller coaster, a seasonal ice skating rink, and other seasonal kid-themed rides and amenities on-site. In winter, you can take a horse-drawn sleigh ride to a mountain-top restaurant (this books fast!). No need to ever leave the mountain.
But if you'd like to explore Park City, we have a city bus that will take you all over town (Main Street, Deer Valley, The Canyons, etc.) all day, every day - for FREE. The pick-up point is right outside of our complex.
We have free covered parking, access to indoor/outdoor swimming pool, indoor Jacuzzi right down the hall, access to fitness center/gym, convenient coin-operated washer & dryer and ice machine. FREE WIFI, TOO.
Our local property manager is a long-time Park City resident who can offer convenient trouble-shooting and can recommend local venues to help plan your dream vacation.

Good condo in a great location

We stayed at the condo over the 2011 holiday week. The condo is in a great complex within steps from the payday lift. And it had everything we needed. We had forgotten to bring sugar for the morning coffee. Luckily there was sugar provided. And there was a small welcome basket. Which was nice. The hot tub on the floor was good after a long day of skiing. The only negative we have is the sofa bed. If you plan to use it to sleep, it is extremely uncomfortable. I have mentioned it to the owner and she said, she would replace it. Otherwise it is a wonderful condo and I would definitely recommend staying there.

Once again, just have to say how well your place worked out for us. My sons's film ( and almost every other screening we wanted to see) played at the library- such a short, easy walk. We could ski right to and from the lift, rent equipment and even get pizza and espresso right downstairs. So thanks so much, if we have reason to come back to Sundance, I'll definitely check back with you. Best Wishes, Don

Very small, much smaller than it appears in the pictures. Apartment was generally dirty. There was hair (dog hair I think) all over the sheets. The landlord did fix the sheets. Even with only two people, it is still very cramped. The Murphy bed is very uncomfortable, and the sofabed is even worse. The pool and workout area is in a completely different building, so we never went. It is very convenient to the slopes, however. We stayed at a Silver King studio last year, and it is much nicer and larger, cleaner, and the amenities are actually in the same building. The walls are very thin too, and we had to call management several times about excessive noise upstairs.
Owner response:We are sorry that your stay in our condo was not a positive one. It contrasts with all the feedback we have gotten from countless guests. The unit is a STUDIO with a kitchenette & full bath. The size of those studios is standard throughout the base area. The pictures we have of the condo show the Studio room & bath. The condo has a hot tub just down the hall for the use of those that do not want to walk 30 yards to the main building to use the indoor/outdoor pool or workout area. There is also another hot tub on the floor above ours, giving a total of 2 hot tubs in our building alone. Our guests have never mentioned this before, and during our stays at the condo we have never seen it as a problem. We thank you for the feedback on the Murphy bed mattress, a new mattress has been ordered.

This place is super convienient and very cozy! A couple of steps and you are at a great Thai restaurant (we ate there twice) or the Mexican place and then a couple of more steps and you are at the lift ready to ski. Sure..it's small...but it's comfortable and sitting on the patio in the morning with your coffee is fantastic. It has the feel of being in a European village. When the Murphy bed is up there is plenty of room to stretch out and watch TV. For the price and location...I will be back!!!! Many times. Thank you.
