  We had a great trip and it was plenty of room for all my family. It was also in a great location and right on the beach! Loved it and had a wonderful time!

  Our family had a wonderful time on our vacation to the Dunes of Panama this spring break! The condo was clean, comfortable and had a wonderful view of the ocean. I would definitely recommend this condo to anyone, we loved it! We had an awesome time laying on the beach, swimming in the pools, shopping at Pier Park and lounging in our condo.

  Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

  Owner response: It's not often that I get to meet the families that stay at my condo. However, I did have occasion to get to know these folks. I'm so pleased that they enjoyed the condo, the beach, the pools and Pier Park. They had some rainy, cool weather but it did not seem to disturb their having a great vacation on the world's most beautiful beach. Hope they will come again.

  Condo visit was amazing during spring break. As much as we wanted to spend time in Florida, I really did not want to be in the heart of the teenage spring break madness. I am so glad I found Ms. Barbara's condo because it was the perfect spot! Very family friendly overlooking the beach. The beach view from the master bedroom and EVEN from the couch in the living room was just amazing. We didn't even have to stand on the balcony to see the sunset. On our first day, we opened the balcony doors and witnessed a pod of dolphins swim by. And of course, we enjoyed being able to visit some of the spring break hot spots but then retreat to our quiet condo to enjoy family time when we were ready. This was also the first time I have had a condo owner call to check on our vacation stay! Nice touch!!! If you are looking for a comfortable condo on the beach that won't break your budget and the pictures are actually truthful...this is it. Enjoy your stay!

They were here for some cold wet weather but this did not slow them down as far as having a fun trip to the beach. So glad to hear from them and do hope they will return for some warmer weather.

  Owner response: This family happened to arrive on a day when it rained all day, but they had a great time in spite of the rain. There is much to do at Panama City Beach even when the weather doesn't cooperate. They enjoyed being together for a family vacation and also were glad to be in the quiet area of the beach for Spring Break. They had a beautiful day on Sunday and enjoyed every moment.

  This condo was perfect for our young family of 6. We were close to everything we needed and far enough away from the Spring Break party to enjoy our stay. From room to beach is less than 5 minutes and that includes a wait for the elevator. Use the stairs and it's like walking to the mailbox! The complex is well managed. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The condo owner was easy to work with and manages the property personally. The condo keepers were helpful and pleasant when we needed it. When we return to Panama City Beach, this WILL be the place we stay!

  Owner response: It's a joy to share our beach condo with others and have them enjoy the Panama City Beach as much as our family does. We attempt to keep our prices as low as possible in order to accommodate families who are on a limited budget. We have Condo Keepers who keep our condo clean and take care of repairs and renovations. They are available to help our renters in an emergency, answer their questions and attempt to help them when possible in a kind, courtesy manner. Our condo is located in an ideal spot accessible to the beach, and you are looking right down on the beach when you sit on the porch.

  I am so pleased when my guests find the view at my condo as lovely as I find it. I never tire of looking out on the gulf from my unit at the beautiful beach and am always happy when others enjoy it.

  My family and I have stayed at this condo 3 times and have already booked for this year! We LOVE her condo and will always stay here! Its wonderful and clean and well kept! Love it!

  We stayed 5 days in this condo.It has a beautiful view of the ocean. She has everything you can possibly need in the condo all from cook ware to beach toys and chairs. It has easy access to the beach and the pool area. The condo is in an area thats so quiet, but still minutes from area attractions. We had an absolute WONDERFUL time! Barbara is a delight to do business with. She will do anything she can to help you out. She was even able to let us check into our condo hours before check in time. I will definately be doing business with her again in the future.

We have quite a number of persons that return yearly and that love our unit and our location. We attempt to please our guests and always love to have new persons coming. We attempt to keep our unit clean, comfortable and conducive to restful living. We also keep our rates reasonable.

  My friends & I stayed in this condo for 5 nights & we really enjoyed our time! We graduated college this year & the price was right in our budget. The condo looks exactly like the pictures. Barb was even nice enough to allow us to keep our things in the condo on our last day because our flight wasn't until that night. We hope to return next year :)
