We stayed at Barb's condo for 3 nights. The listing was very accurate and the condo was perfect. I traveled with my Mom and two kids and there was something for everyone to do. We were away from the crowded beaches but close enough to do all of the fun things like go-carts and slingshot. Pier Park was awesome too. We will be back in the future and will recommend this condo to all of my friends!

Owner response:We love to have families come to our condo and find activities for each family member. We try to keep our rates low enough to be affordable for families and do not charge for cleaning. We are always glad to recommend restaurants in the area to our guests that the "locals" prefer. This is something we always look for in places where we vacation. We like it at the quieter end of the beach and most of our clients seem to prefer this area also.

The owner was great and the condo was in a great location. We were there on spring break week and this condo was very family oriented. Also, condo was clean and nicely furnished. Thank you Barb Moss.

We are very happy with the remodeling of one of our bathrooms and the remodeling of the kitchen with new counters and cabinets. We are very fortunate to have great people doing our cleaning and repairs, along with the remodeling of our kitchen and one of the bathrooms. We strive to keep our prices reasonable and do not charge for cleaning as long as the condo is left in a fairly clean condition. We love to have families stay at our condo and certainly welcome them.

My husband and I are so fortunate to have found this comfortable, lovely, clean and well furnished condo. The awesome colors of water from balcony and windows is breathtaking. Owners are always considering our needs and comforts so our entire winter months will be enjoyable.Winter guests are different than summer guests. We enjoy activities here in Club House and at Panama City Beach Senior Center. We plan to return next winter.

I spent 3 days at this affordable condo with 4 teenagers in July 2011. The listing was very accurate and the property amenities were as described. The owner was extremely accomodating and was very accesible to answer any questions I had before arriving. The beach was gorgeous and not nearly as crowded as the surrounding properties. I would definately recommend this condo to anyone desiring a comfortable place to stay on a beautiful beach with a family atmosphere.

We just returned from a weekend stay in this condo and I have nothing negative to say about it! The location was great! We planned our vacation not knowing it was spring break, but the condo was far enough away from the "party crowd" that the beach was nice and quiet. On the other hand, we were close enough that we took a 15 minute walk down the strip to all the restaurants and clubs, it's the best of both worlds. My wife and I stayed with another couple and there was plenty of room in the condo so everyone could have their privacy. The room was very clean and had all the amenities you could ask for. I recommended the room to friends and family and will definitely be returning my self. Thank you Robb and Barb!

Excellent Vacation

My husband and I spent a the week at this condo. We found it to be clean and provided all the comforts of home. Our trip was a much needed get away (honeymoon) for the two of us, that just happened to coincide with Spring Break. While we were staying on the beach, we were still isolated from the Spring Break traffic and heard no noise at all from Breakers. The view from the balcony was beautiful! This is the perfect spot for relaxing quiet with the benefit of restaurants and shopping close by. The owners were very nice and maintain a beautiful condo! We hope to return to this spot again.

This was a wonderful place. I had searched and searched for a vacation spot and i found this beautiful and spacious place. The location on the beach was just right for relaxing and having family time. The pool is large and clean. I highly recommend this condo for anyone.

Excellent cleanliness, well furnished kitchen, newly installed window coverings, well lighted rooms, fresh paint, cleaned carpeting, all working appliances. Comfortable furniture. All rooms well decorated.Heated pool, shuffle board, great walking on white sandy beach. We enjoy Panama City Beach Senior Center, new library and airport. Owners available to answer concerns and questions. This is our 4th winter in this unit. Would recommend this property to friends and relatives.

My Husband, myself and 2 of our friends stayed here in your place for a wonderful week in October. The condo was just as it says. It was spacious enough for 2 couples to enjoy and it was very clean and comfortable. Had a GREAT WEEK.....If I didn't have such a big family for our summer vacation we would definetly use this place!!!!....The owners were wonderful people and were such a delight to talk with and were some of the best I have ever dealt with....we will absolutely give you a call when we are ready to get away from the "kids" and "grandkids" for another couples retreat.....Thank you to Robb and Barb for a great week!!!!!!

My family has stayed in the Dunes every summer for 10 years and never had such a bad experience. I was covered with bites and soars from bed bugs, confirmed by my doctor. Discovered bugs in the creases of the sheets. I thought I was having an allergic reaction the first 2 days. Then, 7 transformers blew during our stay and we were without power for a full day and through the night until about 4 am. All calls to the owner and their local staff went unreturned. All our food was ruined, while other guests were taken care of (who did not rent from the owners) and moved to other buildings. This building was without power longer because of the condition of the building we were told. Never got a return call from anyone. So disappointed and upset that we left a day early.

Owner response:Sorry about the negative review above. We have shared our condo with hundreds of guests over the last fifteen years and have never received a negative review before this one. Our disposal was so jammed with sand and shells that it would not run. When we charged the repair expense to the renter, this review was her response. Our Condo Keepers spent four extra hours cleaning the place for the next guest. We refunded the lady for the lost hours of electricity service over which we had no control. Regarding the statement about Bed Bugs, our condo is sprayed monthly, at our expense, and we have never had a complaint about bugs of any kind. We are sorry she had a negative experience and wish her a happy return to the world's most beautiful beaches. Robb and Barb

Can't say enough about the wonderful accommodations! From the ocean view on the balcony to the soothing sound of the waves in the bedroom, our stay couldn't have been more perfect. We had a small beach wedding and the complex reserved the meeting room for us in case of rain, when we thankfully didn't need. The reservations were easily made and the rates were very reasonable. We especially appreciated the key box on the front door as we arrived late at night and left early in the morning. The extra touches of books, games, and kitchen condiments were very thoughtful. We parasailed and enjoyed the convenience since it was on the beach in front of the complex. We didn't have any problems, but it was nice to know that if we did it would have been handled personally on-site instead of with an off-site business. Thanks for making our wedding/honeymoon so memorable. We're looking forward to staying with you again!

We had never stayed on Panama Beach before. It was nighttime when we go to the condos and unloaded our belongings. When we opened the curtains the next morning, it was a spectacular view of the beach and gulf. What a homey place. We slept so peacefully and left so relaxed. The conveniece to shopping and eating was great. Did some walking and exploring. The sand is incredible. We also enjoyed the pool and tables for spending a calm day reading. We can't wait to return. Thanks!

Our recent stay at this lovely condo was just what the doctor ordered. We had traveled to Florida for our aunt's funeral. It was such a hectic and melancholy time that ending up at this lovely beach facility was so nourishing. The accomodations and decor wrapped arms of comfort around us and made our stay quite refreshing. The one day we were too tired to go to the beach, the pool was a perfect place to rest and relax. No overcrowding and when we had our lunch, no gulls begging for our food. Can't wait to go back to visit!! It was clean, well priced and convenient to shopping and eating out.

Our family came down in March of 2010 and had a great stay at this condo. Just as the owners say, nice neat and a very clean condo. The condo had plenty of room and was well equiped with everything we needed for a great vacation. This condo is conveniet to shopping, restraunts, entertainment. We all had a really great time and look forward to many mre vacations here. Very higly recomended to anyone!!!!

My family and I have stayed in this lovely condo several times and have never been less than thrilled with our choice. The condo itself is roomy, immaculate, with lovely decor. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is well-stocked, and there is amply closet space. But the view is the most spectacular feature of this rental. The sand is white, the ocean crystal clear, and the cerulean sky goes on forever. It is conveniently located with nearby shopping, restaurants, and attractions. There are two pools as well. The owners were very helpful in every regard and we found the price to be quite reasonable. We highly recommend this wonderful rental.
