This is our private home which we rent only the top portion of our house when we are not there. There is no one in the bottom of the house. Kitchen, dining room, living room, Master bedroom and bath. The rental area is 1000 ft. No one lives or rents the bottom of the house.
Very private, The rental area, top of our house is the best part. We rent a small portion of our house to keep the amount of people at one time to a minimum. You will not fine a better equipped or nicer house anywhere. It is our house when we are not traveling.

Only a short 20 minute drive to Mt Bachelor for year round sports. Gourmet Markets, Restaurants, and Coffee shops are within walking distance.

Why the Owner Chose Bend
This is our home not a vacation home. We travel for work a majority of the year, the reason that we rent it. It also helps us to keep it.
The Unique Benefits at this House
Private, We have the largest lot (2) in the neighborhood. With over 100 tree on the property it is very private. The cul-de-sac has only one driveway on it and it is ours, basically we have a private street.
We are a legal rental permitted by the City of Bend and a member of the VisitBend (Visitor &
Convention Bureau)

We are a professional couple that moved to Bend in 2001. We totally remodeled the home ourselves. From the hardwood floors to the brand new bathroom with Onix bathroom counter tops and glass vessel sinks. I think you will like it as much as we do.
We like to travel and we rent houses when we do. This is our house and we live here when not traveling. It is furnished to our liking not just to rent. Our antiques and art is displayed for your enjoyment. We hope that you like your stay and treat our home like your home, enjoy it.
