This beautiful 2 bedroom unit is perfect for every vacation! Upon entry, the chef in the family will be delighted with the spacious kitchen. There is a bar area with two bar stools, granite counters and new white appliances. The kitchen opens to a charming dining area with a table that will seat up to six people. There is a window that gives light to this area and an attractive fixture for lighting.
The stone flooring continues from the entry into an inviting living area with ocean views and 2 comfortable oversized chairs, a sleeper sofa, and a slider to the balcony. This room features a TV with VCR and DVD. To the left, the master bedroom is carpeted with attractive plush king bedding and a TV. This room boasts a gorgeous ocean view and a private bathroom with jetted tub and separate shower. To the left of the living area is a carpeted twin bedroom that has a bit of a nautical feel with oars on the wall. Poor condition, unsanitary, disappointing

Unfortunately, this villa was a huge disappointment. The showers had mildew and mold around the door and tile. The comforter on one of the twin beds had a urine stain on it. The blinds in the bedroom fell apart when closing them. We had to find another place to stay and were refused a refund.
Owner response:This is completely untrue. These people must have already found a place to stay and were trying to get out of their rental. We sent someone over immediately when they complained of mildew. There were two spots that were cleaned up the day they checked in. There was no urine stain on the bed. They threatened me with doing this if I didn't give them their money back. We responded immedietly when they complained. All they wanted was their money back.
