This fabulous 2 story townhome is on a private drive on top of a hillside with the "highest elevation" in Troon North. You will overlook the world-renowned Pinnacle AND Monument Golf Courses at Troon North. You will also enjoy great views of the Estancia golf course and gorgeous city views from the 2nd bedroom. The townhome is complete and ready to go (full kitchen, linens, large flat screen tv, washer/dryer, TVs etc.).
Built in 2002 and over 2000 sq.ft, it has 2 large master bedrooms (king bed in master suite with separate jacuzzi bath and shower; and a 2nd master with 2 full size beds and attached full bath and walk-in closet). The townhome can sleep up to 6 adults. It has an enclosed garage for 1 car and driveway. One 4 burner gas bbq.
The home is a short walk to the community pool and jacuzzi and club house. It is also within walking distance to various area restaurants including The Four Seasons Hotel and Greasewood Flat (a real North Scottsdale treasure for burgers, beer and cowboys). There are great shopping malls and fabulous restaurants in the greater Scottsdale area, as well as great hiking and mountain biking trails

Why the Owner Chose Troon North
My husband has a business in Chandler, AZ, my husband used to golf & we love the desert. Plus there are amazing sunsets, wildlife (roadrunners never become boring to me!), warm summer nights, great hiking and biking e.g. Pinnacle Peak hiking is nearby & Camelback Mtn. is always a fun challenge. And surprisingly, Scottsdale is quite foodie and has fabulous restaurants.
The Unique Benefits of this Townhome
It's quiet, still (just desert sounds) and dark skies for endless star gazing.

This was the first trip to Phoenix for my family including two teenagers. We chose this townhouse because it was newer, had the space we were looking for and a heated pool nearby. When we arrived we saw it was clean and heated for the cooler nights, which was important since we were escaping the cold weather of a snowy winter. We were able to golf or hike and then have a relaxing dip in the pool, a short 3 minute walk from the townhouse. There are lots of restaurants and grocery stores a short drive from the condo. We had everything we needed to enjoy our holiday, thanks!
