You will overlook the world-renowned Pinnacle AND Monument Golf Courses at Troon North. You will also enjoy great views of the Estancia golf course and gorgeous city views from the 2nd bedroom. The townhome is complete and ready to go (full kitchen, linens, large flat screen tv, washer/dryer, TVs etc.).
Built in 2002 and over 2000 sq.ft, it has 2 large bedrooms (a large master with separate jacuzzi bath and shower; and a large 2nd bedroom with 2 full size beds and attached full bath). The townhome can sleep up to 6 adults. It has an enclosed garage for 1 car and driveway.
The home is a short walk to the community pool and jacuzzi and club house. It is also within walking distance to various area restaurants including The Four Seasons Hotel and Greasewood Flat (a real North Scottsdale treasure for burgers, beer and cowboys). There are great shopping malls and fabulous restaurants in the greater Scottsdale area, as well as great hiking and mountain biking trails
