Located in the heart of the California Gold Country just 2 miles from historic Coloma/Lotus, where John Marshall Discovered gold in 1848, triggering the California Gold Rush. The South Fork American River boost the beauty of these historic towns while offering modern day fun and luxuries like rafting, 1400 acre hiking, horseback riding, mountain bike facility (Cronan Ranch), wine tasting, breweries, California Gold Discovery State Park, small town restaurants and lots of charm. Historic Placerville, at one time known as "Hangtown", is 15 minutes away. 45000 gallon swimming pool (NOT heated in winter), 6 person Hot tub, large yard. Working Olive ranch with Estate Grown Extra Virgin Olive Oil on site.
