Why the Owner Chose La Romana
We've loved visiting Casa de Campo for years -- it is simply the most wonderful resort, with 3 world class golf courses, the largest marina in the Caribbean, a wonderful beach, many restaurants, and the beautiful Altos de Chavon village. When we learned that a brand new modern project would have sweeping views of the Dye Fore golf course and the modern amenities of a brand new construction, it was an easy decision to select Los Altos.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
We most enjoy spending our mornings and evenings on the expansive patio which has sweeping views of the Dye Fore golf course. The house is wired for music throughout so we bring our iPOD and enjoy our favorite music while enjoying the tranquility of the golf course views. Even though it's a vacation spot, we enjoy using the gym which has all new equipment and cardio machines with cable TV. After all of that, we like to spend the day on the beach, or for special occassions to rent a boat and head to the secluded Palmilla beach or Saona island for a day out in the pristine Caribbean waters.
Casa de Campo is in La Romana, Dominican Republic, just 5 minutes from the La Romana (LRM) airport.
Rent a private boat to take you to the secluded Palmilla Beach. Located off of a national park, you will find turquiose shallow waters and large starfish. Pack a lunch and sunblock and enjoy a spect
Just 20 minutes from Casa de Campo, Cuevas de las Maravillas are beautiful underground caves -- a very well put together visitor route through the caves are well worth the visit.
Casa de Campo is a 7,000 acre resort right outside of the town of La Romana.

I love this property and have stayed here 3 different times and I am sure I will return in the future. The owner and staff are always eager to make my stays a totally perfect holiday. The fact that the condo is an end unit in the building means more privacy and more oversized windows. I love to enjoy the 5 breezy balconies for whatever my vacation pleasure might be- maybe reading a book , or a meal served to me outdoors, or my PERSONAL favorite - - - -a lazy day extended balcony nap! ZZZzzzzzz

We loved this place! You have the perfect combination of a peaceful and beautiful apt and in just 5 min you have the beach and great restaurants. The owner make you feel at home... and what a home! It's exquisitely decorated and the view it's amazing. We def would love to go back

This was the most relaxing vacation. The view is spectacular, the golf is outstanding at the 4 nearby Pete Dye courses. The swimming pool, jacuzzi and the "gymnasio" are pristine. The snorkeling, kayaking and water sports are there to enjoy. The restaurants are wonderful. This condominium is spacious and luxurious. The owners have such an eye for detail and amenities. Can't wait to go back and enjoy again and again.

I recently got married at Casa De Campo. Three of my guests and I stayed at Los Altos Apartment. This is an incredible place. Very private and safe, security guards at entrance of the property. Very comfortable accommodations and beautiful views. I it felt like home. I also enjoyed the private pool. I used the service of the full time maid to cook a few meals for my guest. We can’t wait to come back!

We stayed at Los Altos de Casa de Campo over Thanksgiving week 2008. The Condo was beautifully appointed as well as having a beautiful view of the golf course. There is a pool and jacuzzi right next to the building. The service from the maid/cook was very good and her cooking was fantastic. Can't wait to return.

I had a wonderful, two week stay and loved the condo and its decor. The view of the golf course can't be beat and the gym is just a short walk. There is so much to do at Casa de Campo and the environs, it's a place to go over and over.

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful and spacious 3 bedroom condo. From the condo there are great views of the 17th hole on the Dye Fore golf course. All the golf at the Pete Dye designed courses including Teeth of the Dog, Dye Fore, and the Links was remarkable. The condo is furnished beautifully. The pool area is large and very well done. Altos de Chavon is a short walk away and we visited the shops, beach, market, and marina. The included domestic help was very pleasant and efficient and she provided some authentic tasty Dominican breakfasts. We will definitely return before the end of 2009.
