  LOVED it!! This condo was extremely clean and comfortable! It was extremely affordable for all that it offers - 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, nice kitchen with all the ammenities, balcony with view of the ocean and 2 pools. You are right in the heart of Gulf Shores with easy access to the beach, stores and restaurants. We stayed here with 3 children (ages 7, 4 and 2) and it was extremely comfortable. We really appreciated the TV/cable in the 2 bedrooms and family room as well as the WiFi. This was our first experience in the Gulf Shores and we would definitely stay here again!! Such a deal for a such a great price!!

  This was our first trip ever to the Gulf. This condo was just as described in the listing and just as the pictures showed. It was clean and well maintained. There were, and still are for the next visit, plenty of places and things to explore. Plenty of nearby eating establishments to choose from and lots of friendly people. Bahama Bob's is within walking distance and has great food. When we return to Alabama, we will definitely look to rent this unit again.

  This condo is wonderful and just as shown in the photos. Very clean, with everything we needed. All I brought from home were my beach chairs and beach towels, just as we were advised in the condo description. Spent most of our time on the beach right across the street, but we did manage to find a little time to shop at the outlet mall just a few miles away too. Great food! S&S Seafood Market is right down the street and Blalock's is just around the corner. Awesome seafood cooked while you wait so you can take it back to the condo or cook it there in the fully stocked kitchen. Blalock's does an excellent job packing whatever fresh seafood you want to take home. Shannon was very pleasant, helpful and easy to communicate with. When, not if, we come back to Gulf Shores, this is where we will stay again. Loved it!

  The description and pictures of the unit were perfect. Very clean. Very short walk across street to the beach. I was comfortable in leaving everything at the beach without having to lug it back and forth. My fiance, friend and daughter all enjoyed. Thank you so much for letting us stay.

  We enjoied our visit so much, the Condo was very nice and clean. The beds were very comfortable and the complexe was nice and quite. It is right across from the beach, and an easy walk to everywhere. We plan to visit again soon. Shannon was also very nice and ansewered all of my many questions.

  The pictures don't do the condo justice! Super nice and tastefully decorated! (It was also great to have 3 tvs- one for each kid if there was an 'issue' and one for the grown ups so we didn't have to suffer through another episode of Sponge Bob!) Out the front door we could see the pool, out the living room balcony the ocean! We spent time each day at the pool and the ocean- wonderful to have the choice! Close to everywhere we needed to go and felt right at home! Shannon was wonderful to work with! We will DEFINITELY be back!

  Me, my Wife and two kids (6 & 2), stayed at this condo for a week in July and absolutely loved it. The proximity to the beach was great, the view of the beach was awesome, and the beach itself was amazing!! The condo itself was more than we expected, and the two pools were a nice bonus. We can't wait to come back!!

  This was our 3rd time staying in the Oates condo.If you are looking for a good deal but don't want to pay the high prices to stay directly on the beach this condo is perfect. Even though you are across the road from the beach you still have a great beach view.The condo was clean when we arrived as always. The kitchen has everything that you could possibly need and more. The condo is nicely decorated and has been updated each time we have stayed. The beds are comfortable. The condo is close to Pier 33 which is a small grocery store with beach items. Shannon is very quick to respond to emails and very easy to deal with.
