We enjoied our visit so much, the Condo was very nice and clean. The beds were very comfortable and the complexe was nice and quite. It is right across from the beach, and an easy walk to everywhere. We plan to visit again soon. Shannon was also very nice and ansewered all of my many questions.

The pictures don't do the condo justice! Super nice and tastefully decorated! (It was also great to have 3 tvs- one for each kid if there was an 'issue' and one for the grown ups so we didn't have to suffer through another episode of Sponge Bob!) Out the front door we could see the pool, out the living room balcony the ocean! We spent time each day at the pool and the ocean- wonderful to have the choice! Close to everywhere we needed to go and felt right at home! Shannon was wonderful to work with! We will DEFINITELY be back!

Me, my Wife and two kids (6 & 2), stayed at this condo for a week in July and absolutely loved it. The proximity to the beach was great, the view of the beach was awesome, and the beach itself was amazing!! The condo itself was more than we expected, and the two pools were a nice bonus. We can't wait to come back!!

This was our 3rd time staying in the Oates condo.If you are looking for a good deal but don't want to pay the high prices to stay directly on the beach this condo is perfect. Even though you are across the road from the beach you still have a great beach view.The condo was clean when we arrived as always. The kitchen has everything that you could possibly need and more. The condo is nicely decorated and has been updated each time we have stayed. The beds are comfortable. The condo is close to Pier 33 which is a small grocery store with beach items. Shannon is very quick to respond to emails and very easy to deal with.

We came down for the Hangout Music Festival and could not have been happier with this condo. The unit has great kitchen amenities, comfy beds, clean from top to bottom, and an easy walk to the T and across to the beach. The owners were very prompt at returning my emails regarding the rental. You will enjoy it!

Went down to the condo on Fall Break with the kids and it was a great experience. It is exactly as described clean and in a great location. Renting this condo was a great experience! The owners (Chuck and Shannon) were so helpful and nice. The listing very accurately describes the location and the photos accuractely reflect the condo's appearance and amenities. The condo was extremely clean, bright, and cheerful and provided plenty of towels, toilet paper, etc. The kitchen was also well-equippped. The whole complex was very neat and well-maintained and the pools are very nice. The location is very convenient to everything and the beach is an easy walk across the road. The beaches were as beautiful as ever with no signs (or smells) of oil! I definitely plan on renting this condo again and will highly recommend it to friends and relatives.

This was one of the nicest vacations ever for me and family. The owners were so wonderful. The condo was fully stocked with every thing that we needed. Even down to the silverware. The two pools were great for my 3 boys. We loved the fact that the beach was just across the street from the condo. The restaurants around are great and in walking distance for those nights when you don't want to cook. The condo was very neat and well kept. We absolutely loved our stay there and are already making plans to go back before the summer is over. Thanks Shannon!

This was our first experience renting a condo and it was AWESOME!! The owners were very professional and friendly regarding all matters with their home away from home. The pictures listed gave us a real view of what to expect when we arrived. The property was very quiet and well maintained. This was a good deal for our family considering we have 2 small children. The kids loved their room and started calling this condo "home". And it felt like it was our home for the short while we were there. We will definately be back in the future and will refer our family and friends to stay here.

What a delightful condo with all the amenities of home. We enjoyed the two pools as well as the convenient access to the beach, restaurants and shopping. Most places were within walking distance to the condo. We enjoyed a fun day trip to the Naval Base, museum, IMAX and lighthouse in Pensacola. We had such a wonderful time at the Gulf and look forward to a return visit.

What a delightful place to stay on the gulf! From the moment we walked in, we felt the stressors of life being eased away - - the light filled decor, and the quaint table and chairs on the balcony provided a refreshing place for morning tea and meditation. We loved the convenient location, and easy beach access for early morning walks and evening adventures. If you are looking for a nice, affordable place to stay then this is the place for you and your family. We hope to return soon.
