The Tanque Verde Valley is located in an area know for its lush desert vegetation and close proximity to golf and outdoor activities. It is a short drive to Mt Lemon which is one of the rare sky islands in the Arizona desert. There are lots of hiking and biking trails. You are minutes from downtown and central Tucson, as well as a short drive to the international airport. A perfect place to bring family and friends, to enjoy the best of Tucson.
This property has new furniture and a full gourmet kitchen with decor and sub-zero appliances. There is also a washer and dryer for your use. Master bedroom has a king-size bed and fireplace. Other bedrooms include two queens and two twins as well as a queen pullout bed in the living room. There is also an 8' pro billiards table for your use. There are board games and video games for all to enjoy. Also available are daily, weekly or monthly fitness and golf facilities memberships at nominal fees (see website for detail). The house also has mountain bikes available for guest use.
