This is a nice, clean family home (built in 2007), beautiful, 3 bedroom/2 bath (plus a bonus room) home situated in a quiet residential neighborhood of Kill Devil Hills. The home features upgraded carpet and hard wood floors. The full kitchen has all stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and upgraded cabinetry throughout. The bathrooms have beautiful tile as well. There's a 42" Plasma TV in the family room with cable, as well as a 35" Plasma TV in the bonus room (also with cable). Wi-fi is available throughout the home.
The home is located 1 mile from the beach, 2 miles from the Wright Brother's Memorial. Shopping, eating, golfing, miniature golfing are all near by. This home is a great rental!
Since we are family oriented, our policy is no smoking, no wild partying, no unwed couples, and no animals.
