This newly remodeled condo is 5 houses from beach front and 5 houses from the Bay. From the rooftop, there is a panoramic view of Catalina and the ocean, as well as a beautiful mountain range. While on the roof, there is a bar height fire pit table to enjoy the cool evenings with, a BBQ and lounge chairs on artificial grass. In the master bedroom there is a Cal King bed and in the bathroom a shower panel with the shower head in the ceiling. The second room has a full/full bunk bed. The kitchen has new cabinets and granite counter tops, and if you choose to cook, a Dacor oven is yours to enjoy.

Superb location to park your car for the week and bike (we have four) or walk wherever you need. Located two blocks from the Newport Pier with enough shops and restaurants to keep you busy for at least a week. Closely situated to other famous shopping centers like, Fashion Island, Irvine Spectrum and South Coast Plaza.

A visit to all the major theme parks and attractions are within 15 to 90 minutes. These include: Disneyland, Knotts Berry Farm, Universal Studios, Medieval Times as well as Sea World, San Diego Zoo and Legoland.

  • We were the first guests to stay at the beach house. The house is absolutely beautiful. It is more like a home. Matt went over and above to make sure we were comfortable and attended to for our visit. From furnishings to location, this house is Five Star! We look forward to visiting many more times and this will always be the first place we try to book. You will not be disappointed!

  • We stayed at this condo the week of March 14-22nd. We found it even more awesome than the website showed. It not only is immaculate but the decor made us feel right at home. It was done beautifully and in good taste. There are a few stairs, but we are in our 70's and had no problem. The owners made themselves very available if needed and a great family. We were honored to meet them and stay in their comfortable home.

  • My girlfriends and I truly enjoyed our weekend stay. We wished we could have stayed longer. The condo is exactly as the owner portrayed it and even more fantastic upon arrival. The unit is bright and well maintained with easy access to the beach, pier, restaurants and bay. We were very comfortable and completely relaxed. Overall, a great experience during our stay and in the planning phase with the owner. I would and have recommended this unit to friends and family.

  • The condo was a great place for me and my family since it had all of the amenities that we could possibly need while away from home. The condo was very nicely decorated, and included many warm touches (nice towels, high-end finishes in many areas, full set of kitchen equipment, etc). A great place to stay if you are traveling with kids - our 2 1/2 year old son loved the kids bedroom, and he was especially pleased to find some kids books and puzzles to keep him occupied. There are also two playgrounds (with swingsets, slides, etc), within walking distance from the condo. I was also especially pleased with the "service" level that we received from the owner - very prompt responses to all of my questions and extra efforts to make himself easily reachable should I need anything during the stay. A fantastic experience!

  • Our one week stay was excellent. The property was spacious, well equipped with upper-end amenities, nicely furnished and well decorated with a beach feel. When we arrived, the property was spotless and nicely prepared with a couple of personal touches from the owner. The bathrooms and kitchen are very nicely done with a real luxury feel to them. The owner is open, honest and a pleasure to rent from. Access to a nice stretch of Newport Beach is just across the street and we enjoyed the proximity to the Newport Pier, local restaurants and grocery facilities. We were traveling with an infant and the available folding crib was a really nice touch. The stairs within the unit from the bedrooms to the living area and to the rooftop patio would be a concern with a toddler unless you had a safety gate. Monday Night Football looks like a million bucks on the large HDTV. We will rent here again.
