The villa is situated in a residential community. It has 2 Bedrooms / 2-1/2 Baths and very spacious. It was designed to provide the enjoyment of a luxurious vacation with full access to the many guest services and exceptional resort amenities of the Carefree Resort & Villas.
Many of the area's finest golf courses, such as the Legend Trail Golf Club, are minutes away. Guests also enjoy gourmet dining, 3 pools, tennis courts, a spa and fitness center. If you're looking for the perfect location for a spring, summer or winter vacation rental -- this is it!
The villa is a fully furnished double suite with a gorgeous Sonora Desert view. Carefree is a charming town and is within walking distance of the Boulders, Sundial shopping centers, and many great restaurants. Sleeps 6 in comfortable King and Queen beds and can accommodate another person in the junior suite den on a sofa. Master suite has a deck with a great view and the master bath has huge jet tub.
The villa (over 2000 square feet) has large living room and a private deck with desert views, fireplace, cable television and dining area. Complete kitchen and laundry facility with the unit. Top quality southwestern architecture with granite counter tops and large custom panel wood doors. Dishwasher, garbage disposal and all dishes. Double car garage.
Junior suite has complete double sink bath, with sitting room (or den) that is separate and another private deck. Each suite has cable television. It can be used for two families that want some privacy yet want to spend the vacation together with the setup of the master and junior suite. Very affordable when you split the costs as well.
The pool is beautiful with hot tub and right across from the Villa. Or, if you want, you can also use the other pool at the resort, which is a short walk from the Villa. There is a putting green near the Villa as well. Large private entry foyer to both the master suite and junior suite.

I love Arizona and my sister and her family live near the Villa in Carefree. We like to vacation there since there are so many great things to do, plus in the winter months, there is probably no better place than Arizona. Even in Northern California we get rain and it gets pretty cold, but in Arizona it's perfect. The spring and summer months are fun too since major golf tournaments, spring training, and lots of other activities are happening. In the summer we like to just enjoy the resort with the two huge pools and we often go to Lake Bartlett for water skiing, which is really close by.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
Since the Villa is at the Carefree Resort and Spa, we get all the benefits of staying at the resort with the privacy of a residential property. The Spa treatments are great, and the resort also has some great food and restaurants. The small towns of Carefree and Cave Creek are quaint and great for shopping and also have so many great restaurants to choose from! I like that we can decide just to stay at the resort and find so many things to do, or we can venture out to the surrounding areas like Lake Bartlett, Scottsdale, or the many great golf courses nearby. We always have such a great time!
