Beautiful first floor, corner condo. Decorated like home!
Quiet, non driving beach near Daytona. Many full time residents and part time family owners. Best location for peaceful living, but near lots of activities. Oversized, beachfront patio. Condo is an end unit, so you have no foot traffic in front of your property. Great breezes and easy walk down a grassy knoll to pool and boarded walkway to beach. Beach is used by condo residents only, no public access. Exceptionally large, sandy beach. Fishing right off beach, 15 minute walk to jetty, or five minute drive to charter, deep sea fishing docks.

Year Purchased: 2003
My wife, Sherry, and I moved from Cleveland, OH in 1990 with our four daughters and two dogs. When the last girl graduated from college, we could finally afford to purchase our dream; an ocean front condo in Ponce Inlet. We purchased our condo in 2003, and have enjoyed relaxing and entertaining there ever since. However, during the last several years our priorities have been redirected with grown daughters spread throughout the country and several grand children to keep track of.
We have decided to invite you to experience the pure delight of sun, sand, and ocean all anchored with the location, ambiance and understated elegance that makes our home and private lanai the "best" Ponce has to offer.

Why the Owner Chose Ponce Inlet
Ponce Inlet represents the quiet, little-known "berg" between the more famous areas of Daytona Beach and New Smyrna Beach. Our location has the best of both worlds: non-driving, peaceful, wide beaches; and a short drive to restaurants, pubs, dog beaches, deep sea fishing docks, golf courses, shopping, and much more. Disney is about a ninety minute drive.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
We chose a first floor condo location because we did not want to deal with elevators, lobbies, and underground garages, every time we went to the pool or beach. We just walk off our patio. A corner unit means a wonderful light and bright atmosphere with views on three sides and a unique private, front, patio to view some beautiful sunsets. Gated, indoor parking is a plus, as well as a custom built gate enclosing the entire rear patio: peace of mind when dealing with dogs, children, and grand children!

We have been staying at various condos down in the South Daytona Beach area for years. This condo is located on the non drive beach in Ponce Inlet which we loved the peacefulness that it provided. We stayed here for 2 months last year and are getting ready for another stay this year for a month. This condo is by far the best that we have stayed at. I would recommend it to all. The unit is very large and very clean thru out. It is on the ground floor and has the largest patio on the ocean side that I have seen. It also has a large patio on the street side that no other units have to offer. We enjoyed all the restaurants that are near by. My husband and son went deep sea fishing and caught a sailfish and caught so many other fish. They are planning another fishing trip this year too. I enjoyed taking the ferry over to New Smyrna to shop a bit. We also took an airboat ride for the first time ever and enjoyed. We are planning a Disneyworld trip which is just a litle over 1 hour drive. We had so much fun I cannot start to name all the things that we were able to do. The beach was very nice and we took walks almost every day. The sunrises are beautiful. We were able to see 2 space shuttle launchs last year from their ocean side patio. The family that owns this condo are very accomodating and very nice to work with. I am so blessed that we found this condo and hope to be visiting and staying at this condo for years to come.
