Why the Owner Chose Woodmoor
We built Eagle Aerie because of the awesome views, it is located on a Cul de Sac, very little traffic. E.A. is a very custom luxury Villa. We chose the site because of the breath taking views of the Mountains and Breckenridge Ski Runs.. The home and surroundings are serene and beautiful. We love skiing and snow shoeing as well as hiking, mountain biking and mountain climbing in the summers. Breckenridge is such a darling Victorian Town with many nice restaurants and shops. There is a wonderful music festival in summer and many sports and activities to choose for adults and children. There is a Free County Bus Stop 1 1/2 blocks from the home that stops hourly. You can go all over Summit county on it if you wish or to down towns shops and restaurants and the Breckenridge Ski Lifts.
The Unique Benefits at this Villa
Eagle Aerie is serene and peaceful. You can see the magnificent views from most windows, especially from the huge great room windows. You can see the Fireworks from the Great Room and Balconies at New Years and 4th of July. It is a joy to be in such lovely surroundings. There are Fox that visit, Bears that come by in the summer, deer, Elk, and occasional White Mt. Goat & beautiful birds love to be fed. A stay in Eagle Aerie is like visiting a tiny piece of heaven.
Location: 6-7 minutes from Historic Main street and Breckenridge Ski Resort.
Gondola stops at Peak 7 and Peak 8 Bases. Great place to park for the day, great places to have lunch or Apre Ski. You can ski all over the Mountain from either base, then take the Gondola back to your car at the end of the day.
Great place to park for the Quick Silver Double 6 pack lift for Peak Nine. Main Street shops, dining, shopping, etc.
Parking, great because you just step to the side of the lot, put on your skis, ski down to the Quick Silver lift or you can drop your skiers at Peak Nine drop off then park the car.
Bus stops each 1/2 hour, goes to Main Street, Ski Bases, different places in Breckenridge, or you can change buses for Frisco, Silverthorne, etc.

We enjoy the natural beauty our home it is peaceful and quiet. We enjoy the summer Music Festival as well as many other Festivals including the Ice Carvings in Winter. Just wanted you to know our 2 families had a lovely time staying at your Breckenridge mountain house. We enjoyed the views tremendously and the interesting architectural highlights of your house. I feel your house made our trip a success! To our delight a bear came to visit right across the street in the middle of the day. We watched from the deck as it walked around your neighbor's yard and then sauntered on down the street and downhill. Amazing!
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, age 55+, sightseeing.

Our party included four adults and four children ages six thru thirteen. We stayed at this beautiful home between Christmas and New Year. The views from the deck were spectacular and the pictures online simply do not do it justice. The furnishings are very comfortable and I would highly recommend this home to anyone contemplating a stay in Breckenridge.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with teenagers, age 55+, families with young children.

My family stayed here for 2 weeks and the home is 1st Class!!!...........extreme attention to detail such as luxurious bedding!!.......2 seperate living areas up and down for grownups and kids!!!.............Great views..........Owners are very accomodating............!!!!
