Owner's Profile
Owner Description
Year Purchased: 1965
We are Jerry & Pat, and we have been married 48 years. We have 3 lovely married daughters and a dozen grand children. We dearly love the Mendocino area and have lived on this fantastic 20 acres for 44 years. The additional cottages were built from our own trees during the 10 years we had a ministry to the Hippie Culture in the 1970's.
Why the Owner Chose Mendocino
We bought this land in 1965 because we felt there was a crying need for folks to get away from their routines to a place where they could be refreshed in God, in their families, or through small groups. We had this "dream" as early as 1961. The reality is like a miracle from God.
