My family spent the Thanksgiving holiday at this house and it was a great experience. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need, the views were amazing, the house was clean and the kids loved the large bean bag chairs in front of one of the televisions. Rachel was great to work with and even provided us with a pan to cook our turkey in. We would love to spend time here again!

We stayed at the property for approx 11 weeks while in transition from Europe to Utah and waited for our new home to be completed. The house was very spacious, well stocked and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The owners and their maintenance team were always helpful and responsive to any needs to we had. They even accommodated us with a special need which made things easier during transition. One thing that would have made the stay nicer would be to have nicer bed linens and blankets/comforters. The ones used in the home are of lessor quality and could be greatly improved. While adequate -- it would be nice if these were upgraded. Other than that the home is centrally located between SLC and Provo (the airport is roughly 30 min away) - with grocery stores about 5 miles away and major retail within 10-15 minutes. Sking (during the winter) is within 45 minutes. The views from the home are phenomenal... the pictures posted on the web do not even come close to reality. We were mesmerized the first morning (we arrived very late the night before) when the sun came up over the mountains to the east -- absolutely incredible!! Overall a nice place to stay with plenty of room -- we would recommend this to others looking for a short term stay with several people together.. or for someone moving and needing fully furnished short/medium term accommodations.

We had a wonderful time in this very clean and accomadating home. Everything you can think of was available in the kitchen. Rachel was extremely helpful and great to work with. We loved the views in the hot tub every night. We would stay here again even with the windy nights.

We were organizing an Indian wedding for someone in the family and needed lots of rooms and space in general. If we hadn't been so busy making preparations for the wedding, we would have been able to better enjoy and appreciate what this property had to offer. We thoughts that the drive up and down the hill would be challenging - it was not as long as you watched your speed. The listing of the property was accurate. The property was clean, well maintained and well stocked. It was all the more helpful that the property manager lived a couple of houses away. The view(s) from the Jacuzzi are amazing. Alas, by the time we enjoyed both, it was a few hours prior to checking out of the property. I would definitely recommend this property to a friend of relative. In fact, even though we have friends in the Salt Lake City area, we are contemplating spending a worry/stress free couple of days at this property - of course, it might be a little difficult to convince our friends to join us :)

My group of skiers consisted of 7 and this was our 15th annual trip. We stayed 6 nights in late February of 2011. We have stayed in many places and there was some initial concern regarding the location (from a distance perspective). While it is an extra 10-15 minutes further, the Anna was well worth it. Note that we made a decision that we would only ski the Cottonwood resorts on this trip and not even attempt to drive over to the Park City area as we felt this would be too far. The house was well stocked and had everything one could want and the view from the back is spectacular. The hot tub, a must after a hard day on the slopes, was well maintained. There was quite a bit of snow on this trip and the streets were plowed and cleared without fail. Rachel was a pleasure to deal with and everything was done exactly as she told me it would be. Every bedroom, except for the master, has a queen-size bed, so there is plenty of sleeping accommodations. One other note - the drive down the mountain at night - looking out over the city - is also pretty spectacular!! I highly recommend the Anna.

Our stay was great, everything you need and then some is already in the house, convenient to town and ski resorts. Very spacious and relaxing home. Everyone we dealt with in regards to this property was extremely helpful and willing to provide us with what we needed. Thanks for a great experience, we will return.

Our ski group was very impressed by "The Anna". Have been trecking annually to SLC the past 10+ years and this has been one of two homes we would definitely rent again. Fully stocked kitchen and beds were on par with a 5 star hotel. Rachel was also very responsive to our needs. Although slightly further away that we normally stay (to get to Alta, Snowbird, Solitude or Brighton Resorts), the extra time was nominal. That said the view from the hot tub and porch was worth its weight in gold. Great experience. We would bring our better halves if they were so inclined to ski.

Our family had a delightful stay at The Sammy in January, as we gathered for a wedding. We all thoroughly enjoyed the time together there, rather than staying in several hotel rooms. The home is clean and attractive. Family-friendly, it is well-stocked for a large group and very comfortable. The views are incredible. We look forward to coming again. Thanks for a wonderful time!

We had the time of our lives staying at this house! The owners were so accommodating and easy to work with, they even had a decorated Christmas tree set up to welcome us when we entered. Things we enjoyed while staying here: the hot tub, how spacious it was, they had xbox games ready downstairs for the kids to play with, this house had everything well stocked, we barbequed, we even sledded on the hill right in front of the house, loved all the rooms which were roomy, and of course the breathtaking views from the kitchen and master bedroom! We would definitely book this house in a heart beat if were to come back for a vacation!

Every year we schedule a weekend just for the "girls." This year we wanted something a little different--close to shopping and dining, but off the beaten path and away from hustle and bustle. This property comfortably housed eleven slightly middle aged ladies who enjoyed cooking their own breakfast in the fully appointed kitchen and hot tubbing into the late evening hours. One of the info sites we viewed concerning this property said that it slept 18--it didn't. A minor detail for us as three in our party decided not to spend the night there. As of our stay, the property was very clean and we enjoyed it a great deal!
Owner response:thanks for your feedback. I believe I have since removed the reference to 18. As you say it is more like 12- that's with 2 to a queen bed. Thanks again.

We had a wonderful family reunion at the Benji during the week of the 4th of July. My husband and I and our 5 children and most of the spouses and grandchildren found "home away from home in this beautiful home. It was clean, comfortable and had all the amenities one needed to complete the reunion. The grandchildren ages 2 months to 14 years all had space to call their own aqnd enjoy the week. How nice it was to have two washer-dryers, a wonderful refridgerator and stove and the beautiful balcony gave us all a feeling of being in Germany with the breathtaking views of SLC and Utah County. Having three bathrooms for this group gave us plenty of time to get ready for pictures and activities. The neighborhood was lovely and the neighbors were friendly and helpful too. We will definately return and so appreciate working with Rachel who immediately answered our questions and fulfilled our needs. Thanks JBJane Homes - you played an important part in our family history. Best of luck - and we will spread the word to all our friends. Most sincerely, June R. Tolman and family

My wife, daughter and I, along with 6 of our friends and 4 of their children rented the Anna for a recent weekend get together and were amazed at the house and the management. We had an excellent time--the house is beautiful and well stocked. Any problems we ran into were immediately taken care of. We will definitely rent here again!

We rented both 15051 & 15077 Winged Bluff Lane for a business off-site for a week. The homes are beautiful, the views are spectacular, and Rachel and the others we worked with on the rental were superb--they were available when we had any questions, and they kept the home stocked with not only the necessities, but also a lot of unexpected thoughtful touches. we were very pleased, and we'll use them again if we have the opportunity

We stayed in the Benjamin with 13 adults, 2 kids, and 5 toddlers. There was plenty of space and beds for everyone. A porta crib, high chair, and booster seat were all available at the house. The view from the house was incredible. There were plenty of board games, XBOX 360 games, and movies available at the house that we took advantage of. It was a whole lot cheaper than renting hotel rooms and gave everyone the opportunity to still hang around without having to leave because it was nap time for the toddlers. We plan on staying again next year.

My family stayed in the Anna property over the 4th July. We were truly amazed at the beautiful views and the home was very comfortable. JB was right, the views beat our condo in Park City! My family and I were pleased, the kids had a blast, and everyone had a restful pleasant night sleep! (even the baby)! Thanks for offering suc a wonderful home and for the added touches and flexibility. I also appreciated the opportunity to choose to clean the property ourselves, it saved us money and we left it cleaner than when we arrived. I hope to venture my way to Utah again for "a home-away-from home" visit!
